Good product. I used so far only the yellow band and it works great for exercising my ankle.It is resistant and has 3 nice bright colors.

I have recently started therapy with a Physical Therapist to correct a specific muscle/tendon group. I purchased some exercise resistance bands, to perform my "at home" prescribed exercises. In the past, and also in my current P.T., I have used bands made of rubber. (non-latex). When looking at bands on-line, Isaw the brand: "HPYGN". They were non-latex, made of a new material called TPE (mixture of thermoplastics and elastics) and the "price was right"! They were as describes. The lengh was accurate, they seem durable, and they came with a sturdy little carry bag. The problem (drawback) for me is, the resistance action. hen pulling on the band, it feels as if I am pulling taffy. It has a slow stretch, hesitates, then continues on stretching. Took it to my Therapist yesterday, and asked if it would hurt my training form. He said "likely not", but I should "stick with the material I feel best with". So I am sending these TPE bands back, and have already aquired some Thera bands (non-latex).

I needed resistance bands as I recently had a knee replacement and needed some for home physical therapy. The three bands are all different levels. They really work well for what I need them for.

The bands are of good quality and work as expected

These bands are well made and the storage bag is great. The different levels of resistance are great for when I'm working different body parts. I use them primarily for leg and feet work. The best part, at least for me, is they do NOT have a strong 'plastic' smell, something that was a problem with the last set I purchased at a sports store. I'm delighted with them and have actually recommended them to a workout buddy.

I am happy with these. I like the three different levels of resistance. Perfect for what I need them for.

edit - I was unfair in my original rating of 3 stars. The bands do work...the only one that broke was my fault, I'd punctured it, and the hole expanded until it snapped, which is not the fault of the band. I have upped my rating to 4-star.===============I have problems with shoulder mobility, Heck, at 80, I'm lucky to still be able to use a chainsaw and other tools, and do some woodworking when I can find time. But my shoulders have paid the price.These things are OK. I only have to do 3 specific exercises, and use a door-anchor, so the length was enough for my needs. The weakest of the bands (yellow) broke after a dozen uses...I hooked it on something and made a tiny tear, and (fffwip), it was toast. The other two still work after four months (...I'm not religious about doing the exercises, but I've used each about 30 times, with 75-to-100 stretch repetitions each time).Like I said, they're OK.

The Band is a ver good band. However the length of the band is not useful if one wants to do floor excersise as it is to short. I'm 6 feet tall

I absolutely love the resistance bands that I bought. They are durable and are helping me strengthen my shoulder injury. Would highly recommend.

I purchased these lightweight bands for spinal surgery rehab. The product is good quality and value for money. Lost one star as they are shorter than other brands I own, which means I can’t do all the exercises I need to. For example, any exercise where the band needs to be a over head height, ideally over the top of a door, they are to short (and I’m 6’1). I should have checked the length before purchasing but just assumed they were all the same.
