Boxing was recommended for therapy for Parkinson’s disease and this has been an awesome way to do that at home!

I wasn’t sure about getting this at first. Looked like a fun way for some exercise. I received it fast and charged it right away. I chose the bracket for installation. My only negative thing is that after installation, the machine rocks a bit top to bottom, so when punched the machine taps the wall. Kind of annoying. I pushed a thin, small folded rag behind it, top and bottom and that took care of it. But, I don’t think it’s meant to full on punch, so light hits are better but still creates a fun workout.The music advertised on all the videos everywhere is what I was expecting however that’s not what is on it, it’s just kind of a generic beat. There is a neat playlist on Spotify under music boxing machine which has the advertised beat and many others that are great for using this. Your own music is a nice feature but I ended up like the playlist better. The beats just seem to match well.The speed is nice, under 6 is pretty slow, but 6 seems perfect to start, 7 is a real workout and fun. Haven’t tried over that.Happy with purchase. Does seem a bit pricey for having no programs or preset beats to choose and that it doesn’t really lay flat, but I don’t know how the tape or Velcro would work.

Can’t hear the music at all! Connected it to my phone via bluetooth and the lights DO NOT go with the music. If you ask if they do in the question section they say yes. That is a lie! Not sure if I will keep it or not!

As well as charging cable.there are 9 modes and speeds, very fun way to get exercise🏃‍♂️ The synced music playback and LED lights synced to the beat make me can’t stop punching! You will get the exercise done even before realized!It even has Bluetooth-enabled! Now I can groove to my favorite tunes while throwing punches, elevating the experience to a whole new level of excitement. It's like hosting my very own fitness fiesta.

But now only two pinching pads work. I was two days of missing my return. I wouldn’t recommend. Spend more money get the better one.

I've been shadow boxing using Litesport on the Oculus Quest 2 which has a virtual music boxing machine that I punched through almost every day - I was drawn by the combination of music/beats, visual cues to land punches and overall quality of the workout. But with that being said, I wasn't thrilled about paying their monthly subsription fee and so I began searching for a boxing machine in real life. Consequently, I knew exactly what I was looking for and this boxing machine does a remarkable job of duplicating the virtual experience on the oculus. However, because of its smaller size, I wasn't able to get as much of a full range of motion (for example, hits can feel mostly of jabs and less of crosses) so you'll need to be much more aware of your distance from the targets and stance in order to get a better workout. With all that being said, this definitely scratches my boxing itch and I especially don't miss paying the monthy virtual subscription membership fees.
