Red cap = new formula = inferior product
Eucerin really dropped the ball by changing the formula for their skin calming creme. It is thinner and does not work on dry itchy skin like it used to. I suspect they changed the formula on this product in an effort to sell their (more expensive) so-called "eczema relief" product, which is just wrong. After years of swearing by this stuff and being a loyal Eucerin customer, this is the last time I will be purchasing this creme.

It caused my face to become severely inflamed and to develop sores that persisted for months
This happened with Aquafor and Cetaphil, which are both for "sensitive skin"! Horrifying situation and I couldn't go out for months because of both products and my reaction to them. My dermatologist was surprised because she says It's a very gentle product. Not for me! At all. Just a warning that it's not perfect for everyone. However, my dermatologist says my reaction is very unusual and that this is her go to moisturizer for very sensitive skin and she's never seen it do this. It's greasy and thick...

Not the same product
Not the same forumula as the blue capped product. They have either changed the forumula, for the worse, or this is counterfeit.

Cleared up my dry skin instantly
After being diagnosed with rosacea by 3 doctors and given prescriptions to be used for the rest of my life daily (that listed a side effect that caused cancer), I never filled the prescriptions. The first time I tried this just by accident, my skin went back to totally normal after 3 years of redness. Best stuff.

Love This Calming Lotion
I had a rash on my leg which no matter what I used on it did not work to clear it up. And, I knew I had to have a non-fragrance lotion. Well, almost within a week of using this my rash cleared right up.

I have dermatitis seborrhea on the chin and jaw area. Tried a lot of things, but this works to relieve the itching. No smell and works for a long time.
