Easy simple set up works great . Let’s you enter multiple fingure prints . The allows less errors and more accurate detection.

NOT HAPPY
The media could not be loaded. I this knob June10th , now 7 days later it’s not working!!! We placed new batteries in the device but it saying 0 battery life so I tried charging it, but it’s still will not charging. I can’t get in this room because the knob is not working. Still on 0 after 1.5 hrs on chargerDevice looks nice, worked until today. But now I can’t gain access to this room of my house

Easy installation
Excellent and it's very nice! Easy installation, you don't need to know much to install it; it looks very pretty on my door

Works well. Although hard to use the keypad.
So this works pretty well. We programmed our thumbprints in, and voila! Keyless entry.It does sometimes error out though, requiring you to try again. I don't have that problem, but the others in the household sometimes make multiple attempts to get in.Using the keypad is difficult and very easy to fat-finger. Which I guess is good if a bad actor got ahold of one of the codes and tried to get in.

Connection issues
The lock will not hold its charge or stay connected to the internet. Without these features, you can not lock or unlock the door.

Best Smart Locks Ever.
Fast next day delivery and very easy to install now if I forget my car keys in the house after locking myself out no worries I'll just finger print myself back in the house to grab my keys. Lol

Doesn't work properly
It does work for a couple of times then stop working. I can hear it engaged the mechanism inside but when rotate the handle it doesn't pull the latch.
