Fairly easy to set up. Durable. No leaks.

I bought this for my son who has Autism and loves to float! Lol we set it up memorial day weekend, it took about an hour or so to set up, it was hard to figure out the tiny little picture that shows how to assemble. My suggestion to the company would be to at least make the picture a bit bigger so you can see the letters. Any how, I really cant stress enough how important having a flat surface is, I have to drain our pool and flatten the yard because the posts have begun to tilt a little. I'm also going to take the suggestion others have made to use pavers under the posts because I think this might be where some of my issue is, they have sunk into the ground a bit and I think that's why it is tilting also. So that is my project this weekend. We placed a heavy duty tarp folded in half underneath for added protection. This pool didn't come with a filter, but since they usually send a crappy little filter pump that doesn't work with it anyway, you're better off just buying a bigger stronger one that will actually make a difference.UPDATE: i just wanted to update on this pool since we took it down for the season. something i forgot to mention above is that you will need the hoses for the pump too, this is only a frame and liner. they do give you plugs for the filter hose holes though.also, i don't recommend this pool for kids who like to jump around a lot in the water. the sides in mine were sloped, not a perfectly flat wall to floor design. imagine taking a bag, filling it with water and holding it up, it seems like the walls are longer than the bottom is wide, the seams need to be closer to the bottom of the pool wall, if that makes sense. If you jump or step close to the side it may rip. I'm thinking that's why some have had theirs spilt or tear. luckily my son just likes floating (as do I lol ) just something to be aware of with this pool.when we took this down for the summer it was super easy. i bought a large tote for storage since it would be darn near impossible to get this back inside the cardboard box. it only took about 20 mins to take apart. i cleaned off the bottom of the pool since it was a bit slimy from being wet all summer. i let it dry out and folded it up, it fit perfectly inside the tote, with the frame and all the pieces that came with it, i even had room for the tarp i used underneath. so it doesn't take much space to store. I'm hoping next summer this pool will be as great as it was this summer.

This is our second Bestway Steel Pro, we had a smaller one before and this new 10 foot one fit nicely in the same spot, and we added a higher volume pump. It's a bit of a project to level the ground, put it together, and set it up (took me 2 days of working on it here and there whenever I had some time, probably 3-4 hours total). Also I got some workspace padding (the interlocking padding used on the floor by a workbench to relieve tired feet) and put that under the entire pool for a softer floor for the kids.In our experience, these pools are entirely worth the effort and a great upgrade from basic blow-up pools that don't have a filter. With a filter, you never need to change the water (though you will need to change the filter every couple weeks and also learn basic pool chemistry, get some baking soda, a chlorine pellet dispenser and a pool test kit to keep the water pristine and crystal clear). You can find videos to walk through all that online so it's not too difficult. The one downside I noticed with this class of pools is the filter pipes tend to get brittle and leak after about a year, but replacement hoses are affordable. The biggest upside is how much the kids love it!!

Använder poolen till våra hundar. Perfekt djup, de kan gå i poolen men den är inte så djup att de behöver simma. Hundarna älskar att vara i den. Första poolen höll tre säsonger och det är väldigt bra då hundarna gärna krafsar. Har byggt en bred trappa med en avsats så de lätt kan ta sig i och ur. Nu längtar vi till sommaren!

Having made the purchase, I came across several articles online bemoaning a) the assembly instructions, and b) the filter pump. My son and I built this together in around two hours - he's only 12, so I expect it would be quicker between two adults (though he did a fantastic job!). The instruction are fine - providing you take the time to get all of the components out, check them off, understand the essential structure before starting the construction. The only criticism of the instructions is the font point size, and so a magnifying glass is advised for those whose eyesight is not what it once was! I've only put the filter pump on for the first time today, and so far that works fine: make sure all supply pipes are as horizontal as possible, and give each pipe a good shake to get any excess air bubbles moving along. All in all, a robust and pleasing product. Just need to get a heater now!
