Great pump holder
Great holder for a pump or even money. Fabric is very snug but after worn a few times it fits better.

Too tight
This is only for fit body types. I weigh 160 pounds at 5'6 and it is too tight. Would not be comfortable to sleep in.

Keeps insulin pump close to CGM & cell phone within reception without being seen under my blouse or on the top of my skirt/pant waistline.

Work as advertised
The belt is comfortable, the material is decent and soft against the skin. It is washable, I just out in my washing machine. It works as advertised, it holds small items, and works for my uses.

Too tight for a 34.5" waist
The product itself looks well-made, but the elastic is very tight, without much give. It's a band that you have to step into and shimmy up your body into place. I'm not overweight (34.5" around the waist) yet I found the band uncomfortably tight, especially to get on. The belt supposedly fits 26"-38" waists, but maybe not comfortably on the upper end of that. The belt is basically 2 layers of fabric folded over and sewn together in four spots at the top (which creates the pockets).
