Easy to use
My husband saw this product in use when ice fishing. The guy demonstrated how it scans through the ice 🧊 & they could actually see a few fish— it was a ‘have to have for him!!’ You can’t beat the price either.

first the instructions were crap, i found a video on how to use it but it worked poorly, it was hard to read and just was not a good product

Great value And quality
Worked great to determine accuracy of my depth transducer. Also great for water temp before diving.

Not great on depth
Unfortunately on Lake Michigan we found the depth finder to be fairly inaccurate. We wanted this as a quick option as our fishfinder needs repaired and to anchor we need to know accurate depths, and it will read 8ft and then 15ft in the same location. Since we don’t fish and I only purchased for the depth readings I cannot comment on the accuracy of the fish finding.

Pocket sized
Works great, but it can be a little inconvenient while fishing because you need turn in on and hold it in the water.

Sort of works up to 20 feet
Seemed to work ok until I got into more than 20 feet of water.After that even if I drilled a hole and put it right in the water it would read erratic.
