Blades were shipped USPS. in a cellophane wrapper. They were not sharpened with a good sharp edge as I would have preferred . I will have to sharpen them more. However , they were better than some others I have ordered....If it were my business , the blades would be very sharp and in a container to avoid anyone being cut......I mean , these pieces of steel are pricey.... sharpen the darn things ........!
