Okay I am actually OBSESSED with this product. Mother of two (3.5 and 3mo). I did not have this product for my first child and BOY would it have made my life easier. For context, I pump after nursing sessions in order to build a freezer stash. My goal with both children was/is to breastfeed for 12 mo but have a stash to feed them until age 2. I also work away from the home two days a week and need pumped milk to feed them during that time. This product has made storage of that milk SO much easier. I have a chest freezer in the garage dedicated to milk storage. Previously I was storing 4 or 5 oz bags in bricks like the one pictured. I was able to squeeze 9-10 bags into a gallon freezer bag but often they would tear due to the varying sizes and shapes of the breastmilk bags (despite my best efforts to freeze them flat by laying them down in the freezer). I discovered this product and was instantly sold on the idea (and knew it had to be a woman that came up with it). Seriously, I know other moms who have PTSD from pumping and freezing milk. Now, I am the frugal type and had my doubts about paying $30 for a product that is basically three pieces of plastic and two rubber bands. But desperate times come for desperate measures. And let me say, this product WORKS. You may think you can do the same job just laying the bags down flat in the freezer, maybe you’ve even tried stacking something on top of them. Let me tell you, nothing works like this product does. It is compact and easy to use, virtually foolproof. I am now able to freeze my milk into these slim, uniform bags and fit 14-15 of them into a gallon bag that is not lumpy and never tears. They neatly stack in my inside freezer until I have compiled enough of them to bag (no leaning tower of breastmilk ready to topple over when my toddler opens the freezer for an ice pop!) Of COURSE women designed this because DUH, it’s genius. I am happy to give them my $30. My only regret is that I don’t have the budget for a second one, because I could totally use it with the amount of bags that I’m freezing daily (6-8 usually). Instead, I just have to remember to go in there and rotate the bags once they are frozen so that they don’t stack up too bad in my fridge while waiting their turn. All in all, in case you can’t tell, I am super impressed with this product and extremely grateful that it exists. I cannot recommend it enough to any pumping mom who is freezing milk. I have never written such a passionate review lol. Get this and gift it to other moms, you/they will surely appreciate it as much as I do!!Note: I have used this with Medela bags as well as the “Sposie” brand bags I got from my insurance so I can testify that it works well with at least those two brands/shapes.

Wish I had this for my first pumping journey. It’s a small luxury that isn’t necessary but is oh so helpful for making milk easier to freeze and store. 10/10 recommend to any mom freezing milk daily.

I never write reviews but had to chime in for other mamas who are on the fence about this item. Wish I had ordered this sooner for my freezer stash! I only use Lansinoh storage bags and it works seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Great idea, but poor execution on the design. I ordered two of the double freeze flats (three plates so you can freeze two bags per flat). This would be so much easier to use if (1) the plastic plates had silicone or other anti-slip material on them to keep the bags from sliding around; (2) it utilized Velcro instead of rubber bands; and (3) the straps were run through solid (not slotted) loops on the plates to keep the plates from coming off the strap/band when trying to secure it. When trying to secure the bands the bags tend to slide around/move. If you don’t readjust the bags (which isn’t always easy bc you’re fighting the tension of the bands/plates) you wind up with bags that are not even/flat. I’m honestly amazed I have not popped a bag of milk like a water balloon trying to get it situated/flat/even. The freeze flats can produce super flat bags, but not in a way that is quicker or easier than other methods. It’s much easier/quicker to just freeze the bags between two cookie sheets overnight (and you can freeze like 8+ bags at a time that way). The advantage the freeze flat has over the cookie sheet method is it’s compact size…but that’s about it.

This is my second one ordered. The first one came brand new in the box pictured, and worked great. This one was just delivered 5 minutes ago, not in a box and has clearly been used; as there is dried breastmilk on it, as well as visible scratched to the product itself.This is absolutely disgusting, and this product is on the more expensive side.

I really liked the idea of this, but unfortunately stopped breastfeeding before getting to use it. I used it maybe once and there wasn't any leaking out of the bag, it froze it very flat and would be amazing for increasing freezer space.It seemed like it will be durable for someone using it regularly, and was super easy to use for my first time. Only taking a star off because it seems to only work with Lansinoh and other square bags. With so many other shapes of Breastmilk storage bags, it would be great to see an option that will better freeze those.That's no fault of the seller, and I didn't end up needing it anyways, but I know that would help out a lot of other moms who prefer other bags!

Freezing the breastmilk bags flat has never been easier. The only negative would be that it holds 2 bags at a time. Having flat bags makes storage so much easier

I bought this for a travel trip hoping that I could easily freeze my stored milk. The bag works okay if you freeze 4oz of milk, but it didn't work well when I tried to freeze 6oz of milk. The first day I attempted to use this, the milk leaked out of the bag. I tried to maximize space, filling the storage bag to the max allowed. The compression was too tight that it eventually burst the bag. I didn't want to deal with hassle and ended up just freezing my milk bags back to laying flat position for the rest of the trip. i think if would've worked better if it was velcro instead to loosen. Bummers.
