The unit has been in operation 24/7 almost since the day I got it works perfectly. Nice large cubes. My only thing is the cubes don’t last they melt too quickly. It does make a considerable amount of ice and a reasonable amount of time. I just have to remember to fill the well. this is a great purchase. The fact that self cleaning is fantastic. I usually do that at least once a month and then add water through a little vinegar in there, run the cleaning cycle a couple of times clean it when fresh water through it run the cleaning cycle again, drain it and then fill it up with water in there we go. I would highly recommend this unit. It’s easy to operate. The instruction manual is relatively easy to read and understand.

My only negative is it a little noisier then a previous one I had .. HOWEVER… it’s not that bad and the ice is made very fast and lasts (depending on cup) .. I had another ice maker I left in a breakup and was HAPPY to purchase this one. I have to hide it from my roommates cause they use it more than me they love it so much.. super kawaii

Pleased with the quality for the price. Ice Cubes melting too quickly is the one downside. The size is nice for counter-top in small kitchen.

It makes ice fast which l love but they aren't hard enough and melt way to fast andctgey get hung and dont fall properly into the base

I bought it for my wife for an early Christmas present. Wife and I like ice, she absolutely loves it but I use it more lol. The only downfall that I can find with it is, that it don't store enough ice in the basket for my liking. Other than that it is an awesome piece

I have an LG fridge/freezer that has the ice machine built in. Unfortunately, the ice part stopped working and apparently it’s impossible to find someone who fixes LG appliances. Also, if we did find someone, a service call would be more expensive than this machine not including price for parts to actually fix it.I’m one of those people that need ice in my drinks so I was constantly buying bags of ice which was starting to get pretty expensive.One of these machines popped up on my Amazon homepages I had never heard of a machine like this so I got curious so did some research.I decided on this one as they honestly all seem to be the exact same however, this one was way cheaper than others I was looking at but produced the same amount of ice in time and size. So of course I got this one.I am absolutely amazed at how quickly it produces ice.It arrived quickly.Please note as the instructions are very small for this but you mush leave it before plugging it in for 24hours (same as any fridge/freezer you buy).As you can see in photo, it’s a decent size and barley takes up any room. It is also surprisingly quiet, you can barely hear it.It produces great ice cubes in a matter of minutes and I like that if you don’t take out the ice from the tray right away, the ice will melt back into the water tank to make more ice.Honestly , I can’t recommend it enough. I’m showing everyone that comes over to my house how cool it is.So yes, I would definitely recommend this ice machine to others. I can’t think of a single complaint with this machine. I love it and have ice on hand all the time 10/10 for sure

I was drawn to the colour, as our kitchen has accents of jadeite green. And although it’s not an exact match, it complimented the kitchen well.The only downside to this ice maker is its size. It’s truly only good for 1-2 people. It makes ice quickly, and did a fair job, but is limited on volume just because it is smaller than other countertop ice makers out there.

Ice melts so fast, the ice will be in the box and it’ll melt within the hour, so it reuses the old melted water and taste bad. Idk if mine is digested but sadly I waisted too long to return it, I thought if I gave it a bit to cool down and fill up with ice it’ll stay cold but it doesn’t
