Q: Is this a pseudo health food because the first ingredient is corn and not sweet potatoes?

First of all, sweet potatoes as a food is not much healthier than corn. It is lower in fat but it also has more starch which means more carbs. Second of all, the brand is called "Food should taste good", not "Healthy food should taste good". There is no advertising that would imply that it is anymore healthy than your average tortilla chip. The only claim is it is made from more natural ingredients, but just because it is natural does NOT make it more healthy. No more than saying sugar is more healthy than high fructose corn syrup or salt is more healthy than MSG just because one may be more natural than the other.

Q: These do not look like they come from food should taste good, inc. are these real?

The packaging is not all the same as the original Food Should Taste Good that I've purchased locally. They were delivered completely crushed and I returned. I would not purchase these online.

Q: Are these chips low-fodmap diet ?

I'm not an expert, but sweet potatoes and cane sugar are considered low FODMAP and corn is safe in small portions. Those are the main ingredients of these chips.
