We get through a lot of Creatine gummies as myself and my adult daughter use them. This is the first time I’ve had an Apple flavour. It’s unusual but pleasant with no chemical aftertaste and they are sugar free. The expiry date was two years into the future.Creatine loading requires about 20 grams a day. That would prove to be very expensive with these gummies so I use powder to load which is much cheaper. The downside to the powder is that I’ve struggled to find one that mixes well with water. It is often left as a gritty residue at the bottom of my shake. These gummies are smooth and chewy with no grittiness.There are 120 in this bottle with four gummies needed per 5000mg serving. Previously I’ve had bottles where just three gummies deliver the 5000mg and they contain only 90 gummies. While that means these are not so potent I think they offer more flexibility for fine tuning your maintenance Most bodyweights will not need 5000mg for maintenance (calculated at 30 mg/kg of bodyweight per day) and may get their daily serving from only two or three of these gummies if each one is 1250mg.Fifteen pounds makes it these cheaper than other creatine gummies rated at thirty days supply.

Just recieved these this morning. Opened straight away to taste and they are absolutely delicious ( mixed berry ) only downfall is bulking means taking 16 a day as it’s 4 gummies to 5g creating serving. Yip it’s gunna cost again within a weeks time but then will be on the serving amount of 4 daily. Too early to say if they work as good as they say the do but price and taste so far is fantastic. Bye bye powder 😁

For the price I was alittle paranoid about the taste, these taste as good as any other berry flavoured sweets, 5g compared to most gummies being 3g or 4g is a massive plus too 👍🏻 highly recommend for anyone after creatine gummies

I've tried these for 30 days now and whilst they do taste very good I can't see any actual improvements in performance from supplementing with these. So it's quite expensive for something that just tastes nice.This could be down to me not being receptive to creatine or perhaps not taking them for a long enough period of time so your results may vary.

These creatine monohydrate gummies have a nice applea flavour. They are easy to take and are reasonably priced. I usually take them before my trainings and have not had any issues.Recommended!Thank you for reading my review. I hope that you found it helpful.

A lot of gummies can be very sweet. This one doesn't taste as sweet as it is sugar free and vegan. You get 120 gummies cut into smallish cubes and the recommended dosage is 4 per day. They quite chewy and stick a little in your teeth but not much. The taste isn't bad.You have to take this daily to see the benefits which I have noticed that I am able to train harder and that than has obvious physical benefits. Its more convenient and portable solution to have gummies and less hassle but it's not a cost effective way. There are cheaper alternatives.

These creative do the job but you do have to use them consistently for a week or so before you notice the difference. They are easy to digest, tasty and convenient. Of course they're plant based and vegan friendly.

These taste so good! I could eat them like candy. Best tasting creatine gummy I’ve had. Also you get a lot for what you pay for. I specifically take my creatine at night and it doesn’t give me energy. Makes me feel completely normal.

These taste great and are much easier to take than powder. However I have since switched to capsules because I trust them more. Many supplements are not well regulated or tested so it honestly felt like I could just be eating candy or maybe the gummy process changes the creatine quality. Overall I fell back on keeping it simple and taking creatine straight
