But what's in it?
As a parent I will not give anything to my children unless I know what is in it, with no ingredients listed and no matter how good this may or may not be, no responsible parent should. Furthermore its apparently been certified child safe yet there is no evidence or any certificate on show. With the lack of evidence I will not give this to my children. ... But I did try them on myself so that I can at least give an opinion.Stuck to my clothes not the skin, because again I've no idea what is in them. I believe that the product is supposed to work as an aromatherapy, so I attached one to my collar. The small is neither feminine or masculine but there are distinct notes of floral and fruity smells, a light citreous possibly grapefruit. One very noticeable effect is that my airways appeared to clear and I was able to breath a little easier so as an observation there has to be some sort of decongestion.I'll admit that I felt a little more alert and a little less tired, but the trade off has been some horrible headaches. Possibly because I had been trying to push myself more then normal just to test these patches out.Explaining my rating...0 x stars for non listing of ingredients and doing nothing to reassure a parent of its ingredients.2 x stars because noticeably its doing something, doesn't give me super powers or feel like a genius although I do feel like I want to be doing more. This could be something really good but until there is more information made available then I just simply cannot risk it on others. I do not recommend this for children.

The stickers themselves, per photos, are 3cm x 3cm so they are ...
Per photos with this review the focus boosting stickers come very well packaged in plastic sealed bag, cardboard cover and then the stickers in a foil sealed package. The listing says for adults and children but the design is clearly aimed at very young children. This would not be issue for an adult but for a child aged 10 – 16 years old I am sure some would object to wearing a sticker themed with babyish animal design. The stickers themselves, per photos, are 3cm x 3cm so they are fairly small meaning are discreet. When first open a pack there is a strong sweet smelling fragrance from the stickers but that is mostly because there are many in a packet – when individual sticker is worn the smell is far less but still present.I ordered these for my 13 year old daughter who is awaiting ADHD diagnosis. She wore all day yesterday and I didn’t notice much difference, but then it is the summer holidays and so was not in an environment where needed to focus, such as a classroom (will update once back at school). The sticker did not irritate my daughters skin and there was no rash after removing.Per photos, the batch we received had a BBE date of November 2025 which is 15 months from time of ordering – whilst this is ok, for a product such as this where wouldn’t look to use each day and perhaps only when know is absolutely needed I would have liked to see a longer expiry date.

Surprisingly helpful
I was a bit dubious about these stickers, but I've found they do help me stay on task. They're particularly helpful for focusing during long work sessions. A simple but surprisingly effective tool.

Hmmmm
I'm not quite sure what to make of these stickers. The designs are fine, a little limited in variety, but acceptable. I don't like the scent, which is too strong and cloying for me. The price at the time of writing - £19 - seems very steep for what you receive (90 stickers, which are advertised as a 90-day supply!). I tried one on my arm - I have very sensitive (adult) skin - and it caused an itchy rash. If if does this to adult skin, what will it do to the average child? I would not repurchase.

Surprisingly helpful for focus
At first, these stickers seemed a bit gimmicky. But after a few weeks of using them with my easily-distracted son, I'm pleasantly surprised. They're not a magic cure, but they definitely help him stay on task. The stickers are subtle and don't irritate his skin. I also tried a few myself during a particularly hectic workday, and while I can't say I felt superhuman focus, I did feel a bit more grounded and less likely to get sidetracked. If you're looking for a gentle, drug-free way to support focus, these stickers are worth a try.

Not for me
These little patches are designed for use with children to help them concentrate and focus better. Two of my grandchildren could definitely use these, But as with everything for the kids I'll test them on myself first, And my grown-up daughter volunteered to join the test. You get a lot of patches supplied. 90 patched split between 3 packs. The patches are really cute with colourful designs of jungle animals on them.To use them all you do is peel off the sticky patch and stick it onto either your skin or clothing or something close to you. We chose to put them on our arms.I can't see anywhere where it describes how these help your concentration, There is absolutely no information available. All it says is it's chemical free but doesn't say what active ingredients are in what they do to help focus your mind and help you concentrate? There is a pleasant aroma with them, It's quite a sweet mildly floral smell.About half an hour in two hour test my daughter said her arm was itching where the patch was, We carefully removed it and there was a rush underneath it look quite angry. She said her arm was fairly sore especially to touch.About an hour and a half later I felt my arm was a little bit sore, I removed the patch but there was no rash underneath, However for the next few hours my arm felt a bit sore when I pressed on it where the patch had been.It became clear at that point we wouldn't be using these patches on the children and we wouldn't be using them on ourselves either. It was very disappointing as I was hoping they would work, But with the lack of information that went with them I should've known that they wouldn't do anything!
