This cream definitely helps reduce itch fairly rapidly, but only temporarily. It is not too thick or greasy, feels nice and soothing when being rubbed in and there is no discernable scent. It leaves the dry flaky patches feeling noticeably moisturized but unfortunately the effect does not last long enough. Although the tube is small, it is very reasonably priced but it would be better if there were larger sizes available.

This skin cream seems to work quite well for me or at least as well or better than other products that I have tried over the years. I did not notice any particular scent and if there is one it is very faint and it also was very easy to apply even to my rough and damaged skin. The cream absorb in about 10 to 15 minutes and left my skin definitely a lot more moisturized without leaving much of a residue behind. The product is made in Germany which makes me feel like I can trust the ingredients and my only wish is that it was a larger quantity like 3 to 4 ounces rather than 1.7 ounces that it is.

This is a very small tube - don't expect to get many application out of it. But it seems to be a decent cream compared to other similar products i've used. When I have an acute flare up that needs to be treated, I don't really expect any cream to work miracles - but just the exercise of applying cream and moisturizing the rash gives some soothing. I can't say if the probiotic traits of the cream are actually doing anything, but for me just the soothing effect of applying any cream makes it worth it.

This product works as promised. It's a small tube but it's for patches of sensitive skin. I'm happy with the results.

I feel like the images on the description are a little misleading. Although this is listed as 1.7oz (50ml) tube, the images appear that it's a larger tube. It is a very small tube (think more along the lines of a cortisone cream and not a lotion.) If you have a lot of large areas of skin that need to be covered this might not last very long. If only being for small areas it should last a while.That being said, the product itself is really great. It isn't greasy at all and is really lightweight and gentle. I breakout behind my ears and this helped soothe the itch and flaking, even after one application. After a couple applications there was significant difference.There is no fragrance or discernible scent... just a very mild natural smell of lotion.Worth the price, just know you're getting a small tube. I only need it for small areas so it works for me and I would purchase again once I've finished this tube.

First of all the tube of cream is so small that you will only get two applications and this cream doesn’t work. It’s like just putting lotion on a burning skin rash….this psoriasis that itches and even burns works against your product.This was a waste of my money

Una de las cosas que peor llevo de tener la piel atópica es salir a la calle con tantas rojeces y sobre todo tener que lidiar con las escamas que se forman, que parece que vas a mudar la piel de la cara cual reptil. Unas funcionan mejor que otras, hay algunas que aceleran el ciclo de rojez pero te dejan la piel con más escamas, y otras que no aceleran el ciclo pero lo hacen menos visible.Este es el caso de esta crema.Llevo ya un tiempo aplicándola y lo que he notado es que hidrata más la zona afectada y en efecto, el picor o quemazón se rebaja un poco. Lo que más mejora son las escamitas, no estas días con costras, así que en mi caso las hace desaparecer algo antes de lo que ocurriría en su ciclo normal.La crema viene en un tubito de tamaño correcto si no tienes áreas muy grandes afectadas. Huele bastante bien y su textura es como la de cualquier crema hidratante.

Buen producto, cumple su función

Os pongo en contexto, tengo un poco de psoriasis en los codos, no es mucho y pocas veces es visible. así que nunca le he dado mucha importancia.Actualmente estoy probando esta crema. El otro día parecía que me iba a salir un poco de psoriasis, tenía como unos puntos rojos en la noche, pero eché la crema y finalmente a la mañana siguiente tenía los codos bien. Así que estoy contenta con ella.La consistencia de la crema es bastante fluida, con poco que aprietes sale mucha cantidad, me gustaría que fuese un poco más densa, pero mientras funcione esto es lo de menos.La crema viene precintada, así que puedes estar seguro de ser la primera persona en utilizarla.En conclusión, de momento estoy encantada, llevo poco tiempo usándola, así que si veo algún cambio lo pondré, pero por ahora de 10.
