I've had this case for a year now, and it's beginning to show signs of age. I have dropped the phone a couple of times, but the cas eis strong enough to withstand the bumps and protect my phone at the same time. Installing the case was super easy. After you put the silicone surround on, you're done. It's a perfect fit. I don't use the phone with a magnetic charger, so I can't speak on how well the case works with a magnet. But it works very well with the wireless chargers that I've used. Not too bulky in my pocket, and very easy to grab. The dust covers over the data/charging port and the stylus work very well to keep dust and debris out. I work in tree services, so that was a necessity for me, and this case delivered.The things that have begun to wear out on me are the camera cover, and the kickstand. I understand the camera cover wearing out, because I use the phone for pictures at my work, so it's natural that the plastic would wear down over time. Honestly, I figured it wouldn't even last the full year that it has, but now it has begun to slide open from the slightest bump. But the kickstand is a mystery to me. I never used it, but it's begun to start opening while I'm just holding the phone.All in all, this case has worked VERY well for me. It was well worth every penny that I spent on it. 10/10!

This Poetic Guardian case is, as I note below, almost identical to the Dexnor case, EXCEPT the stand actually worked in a vertical position without wobbling and the screen protector like all other Poetic branded cases I had used over time felt more solid (rigid) to offer better protection, if the Dexnor case actually offered any. I was not about to test it on my new S24 Ultra. I liked the fact that this Poetic case used a sliding cover to protect the camera lenses which though slightly less convenient, would not distort or gather artifacts over time and cause the lenses to be less effective. I also like the stand design which works in both verticle and horizontal positions.The one downside to this case is, for some unknown to me reason, is that it uses a cover for the charging port that's actually a pain to have to open, but I can eventually cut it off if I choose.Please note that the Dexnor case I had originally purchased here on Amazon was almost identical (the Dexnor for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Case with Built-in Slide Camera Cover & Screen Protector & Kickstand, Shockproof Rugged Case Full-Body Bumper Protective Cover for Galaxy S24 Ultra (2024)) and it was a very solid well made case EXCEPT for 2 things. The stand designed, though preferred by me, had a defect in its execution and the bottom of the case did not sit solidly on a flat surface which caused the cell phone to wobble and fall over. Additionally, over time the screen protector felt too thin to actually protect the cell phone screen.

I really like the look. It's sleek and not too bulky. I appreciate the fact that you have the option to use the screen protected front case or use the open front case along with a separate screen protector (tempered glass). Personally I apply a tempered glass and still use the screen protected front case. I need all the layers of prectection I can get. The phone looks and feels protected from all angles. Operation is still easy and smooth. No drops or falls to report on yet, I'd like to be able to say there won't be any but i know better.....will amend the review with info after we see how it performs on the first fall.

I have been using Poetic cases for my previous phones, so I didn't think twice when I needed a good one for my new S24 Ultra. Indeed, it is a great case and deserves a 5-star rating for its aesthetic, military-grade protection, precise cutouts, clever slide camera cover that keeps the lens scratch-free, and built-in kickstand that works in both portrait and landscape mode.So, why 4 star rating? Mainly for the following two reasons.1) The built-in screen protector with fingerprint stamp- It is not reliable for me. The fingerprint sensor itself works ~80% of the time. However, the screen protector was not very responsive when playing games. That is due to its design and the fact that it doesn't adhere to the screen as a tempered glass protector does.- Luckily, the case comes with both options, with and without the embedded screen protector, so you can use whatever works best for you. Be extremely careful when separating the front case from the rear case; mine cracked right in the center (the weakest point). This was not an issue for me, as I was not planning to use the front cover with the embedded screen protector. The vendor should consider sending the case unassembled to reduce the risk of breaking the front cover.- I wish the vendor had offered the option to choose the front cover during the order process and sell it at a lower price, which would benefit the buyer and the environment!2) No more rubber pads 😑- My previous Poetic cases had rubber pads in all four corners of the backside, improving the phone's stability when lying flat. In this new case, the sliding camera cover replaced the two rubber pads on the top side. The result is less stability and a very annoying "plastic" sound when laying the case on a hard surface.Overall, the Poetic Spartan Case is an excellent investment for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It offers protection, functionality, and a great aesthetic. It's not perfect, but it's definitely one of the better cases out there.

Case is nice, the fingerprint will not work at all through plastic screen protector so forget about that...we will see how long the kickstand last

Owned less than a month. The stand doesnt lock into place anymore. Used it like twice and a small piece fell out. The frame on the front of the phone that hold phone in cracked in 2 places. Doesnt seem very durable at all.
