This menopause supplement helped me feel more balanced overall. I still get hot flashes sometimes, but they are shorter and less uncomfortable now. I also feel calmer throughout the day, which I think comes from the ashwagandha. It’s reassuring to see soy isoflavones and other plant-based ingredients in the formula. I’ve been using it for a month, and while it’s not a miracle, it’s a helpful aid. The best part is the improvement in my sleep and mood, which makes a big difference during this stage.

These literally made me feel sick! I was having bad reactions hives nausea and felt sick. Showed these to my gyn and she told me to discontinue them immediately. Definitely not worth your money

I was having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, but after a few weeks on these capsules, I’m finally resting through the night. I also feel less foggy during the day, which I hadn’t even realized was tied to menopause.

The changes didn’t happen overnight, but little by little, I felt more in control of my body again. It’s been especially helpful with the mood swings and general restlessness I used to feel every evening.

I def think there are better products out there. Never felt any difference. Not a bad product just not right for me.

It’s been almost a month and these supplements are doing EXACTLY OPPOSITE of what they say. They are making me more TIRED and INCREASE my APPETITE! Not even improvements in hot flashes like they claim. Wasted money!
