Using for Basel temperature. It does take up to 60 seconds to get a reading as it’s more precise, so bear with it. It was set to F first then was able to change to °C. Saw good and bad reviews and the overall great rating so gave it a try and happy with it.

Works well. But I feel it takes more than 1 minute to show the temperature. I wish it was backlight. It's very accurate. I downloaded the chart from the application. This is my 1st month, so I need another 2 cycles to find my ovulation window.

Wonderful device, however it says Celsius when I believe it should be Fahrenheit. It’s says 97.77 Celsius.

there is no normal sound, looks very unreliable, Fahrenheit! who on earth use Fahrenheit's! It takes time to change it

I love this thermometer so much that I bought a second one when my son misplaced my first one. I got a backup from CVS while waiting for my new one to arrive and it just was horrible. No backlight, shut off while in the middle of temping, zero memory recall and could barely hear the beep. I think being without my iProven for a couple days made me realize how much I really love it and rely on it.Customer service was an absolute gem. I had issues with my memory recall on my first one and they refunded me without asking for me to send the thermometer back. I felt bad because idk if I was just long holding the button too long or what but after messing around with it, I figured out how to get the memory recall working again. I truly appreciate that they stand behind their product 100%.Such a great company. I’ll buy another one if the two I have now go missing or stop working!

I have seen complaints that it's slow but that's the point. It takes a few minutes for the thermometer to warm up to give an accurate reading. The battery has already lasted much longer than another generic thermometer I bought on Amazon (only 1 decimal place on the other one too). I do wish it had a light up screen or the reading was further away so I can read without removing from my mouth, as sometimes I like to take 2 readings to ensure accuracy. I don't think it recalls the previous temp reading so you have to try and read before turning off. Not a huge issue but if you've forgotten the reading cos you just woke up it can be annoying. Came with an extra free battery as well but haven't needed it so far. I have found it very useful for tracking BBT.

I think this is a great little thermometer. Backlight is handy but the memory feature is the most useful. I keep it on my headboard, turn it on, wait for the beep (which happens quickly and then I put it back on the headboard. Later after I’m done getting ready I turn it on and record the last temp. Thanks for a great product. Nice big numbers help so I don’t need glasses to record.

I got this thermometer to start tracking my BBT. I compared the results with my high quality forehead scan thermometer, which only reads to one decimal point, but they matched each other. That felt reassuring to me.It’s easy to use; you simply push the button once and release it to turn it on. You can use it orally or I think also rectally. I had remembered reading in the Amazon description that it had a memory function which I was actually really looking forward to because I’m really forgetful. On a previous stick thermometer that I’ve had, the memory function was automatic and the previous temp stayed on the display for a few seconds when you turned it back on again. However on this one, you have to push and hold the button or something. I can’t really remember right now, but I had to go back and read the instructions in the box to figure it out.Honestly a very minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of life, but, the one thing I really wanted aside from getting a two-digit-after-the-decimal-reading was the memory function.My other complaint, and this one is significant to me, is that the screen is tiny and not backlit, so when I take my temp as the very first thing I do in the morning, I have to turn on a light and grab my glasses in order to try to read it. I find myself squinting desperately and getting frustrated at trying to read it.For being as inexpensive as it was, it’s definitely decent. It does a very basic job without any pageantry; it appears to be accurate and it’s relatively quick to give you a reading.
