Happy with Angled Lift Support Bracket
Replaced the RV mattress in my trailer with a normal queen size one and used thicker plywood with a better bed frame. I needed to install larger gas struts to hold the additional weight. I didn't like how the original brackets attached so I bought these ones. The new struts are 150 lbs each. The bed is easy to lift and much sturdier than the original design. So far I'm happy with these brackets. If anything changes over the camping season, I'll update this review.

Sturdy
Bought these to repace the set that came with some 45lb struts and bent shortly after I installed. These are much thicker and better made. Think they will last

The side holes for screws make a world of difference
Had to rebuild the lift system under our bed on the RV. The extra holes in the side of the brackets made for a rock solid installation. The wall thickness is probably twice what came from the manufacturer. Very nice.

A Must-Have for Mounting Gas Shocks in DIY Projects!
A Must-Have for Mounting Gas Shocks in DIY Projects!Bought these brackets to attach the gas lift ( A Pair of Gas Prop Lift Springs Rod Struts Heavy Duty Tool Box Lid Top RV 29.5" extended length x 17.75 " compressed length x 200 LB Pressure ) to make a lifting twin bed.*Worth noting: it does NOT come with the screws, so you'll need to buy them separately or use some you probably already have. Also, if you need more than 2, there are other similar ones that come in 4 packs and 6 packs and may be worth looking into! Thanks for reading & hope this was helpful!

Chicken coop
Purchased these along with a couple of gas struts for a large door on our chicken coop. They are are working well and holding up to the heavy weight door/hatch I have them lifting 3-4 times a day.

Very strong
I am using these with a 140 lbs gas strut and they are not bending. The ones I replaced could not handle the pressure and bent.

Acceptable quality item
Simple bracket, strongly built, should do the job.

Thought they would have been a little bit heavier metal.
For our RV bed that lifts.
