It's the little things in life right? This small portable lightweight wonder has been a great wellness tool for my Uncle recovering from surgery. It’s designed to help strengthen and test lung capacity and it does it well, no doctor visit needed. As my uncle kept at it several times a day it did help improve his overall breathing capacity, and it also helped us know when to call the doc if his ability to move the ball dropped. A nice simple yet very useful design.This is perfect for anyone recovering from respiratory issues, surgery or anything that has affected their lung function.The small ball gives immediate visual feedback on your inhale strength, while the scale makes it easy to monitor improvement or declines. We all found it simple for someone sick and elderly to use, easy to clean too.

I’ve been using it daily for a couple of weeks to strengthen my lungs. It’s lightweight and compact, fitting easily in my hand. The visual feedback was motivating, and holding my breath for 3-5 seconds after each inhale, as instructed, really engaged my lungs. this incentive spirometer is an effective, user-friendly tool for lung recovery or maintenance. Its durable build, clear feedback, and portability make it a great value, especially for post-illness or post-surgery use.

This device is pretty good and nicely designed to strengthen your lungs by breathing. Its light weight and compact and easy to use. The scale indicator really helps to check the effectiveness of the breath. Its easy to clean and sterilize. Overall a great device for its design and decent cost and totally recommend.

The Spirometer Lung Exerciser is an amazing device for helping strengthen your lungs. I got it after a bad cold; it was recommended to me, along with several other products, since a lot of phlegm had accumulated in my lungs. There were no complications, but I did have a bad cough and mucus. Another product helped with the mucus, and this helped me strengthen my lungs because I felt them very weak afterward.The device is lightweight and easy to use; its ergonomic design is very helpful.

I had fewer expectations from this but have a good impression of this product. Well built product and works great for lung exercise.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Works great as a lung exercise- Easy to use- Very small in size and portable if you want to take it anywhere with you- Seems very durable- Reasonably pricedCons:- None for now

I couldn’t get it to work for me

Very easy to use. Easy to keep clean and to sanitize when needed. Nice bright clear markings so you can be proactive about your progress. Very clear instructions. Nice strong material. Easy to hold and use.

It's easy to use and works as it's supposed to.
