The weight is the dead giveaway that these are not real carbon fiber, but only you would know it. Based on my experience the studs, though small, are a perfect match and size for a standard tuxedo shirt. If these come available again, I highly suggest picking them up.

My boyfriend appreciated this set. The design is different than anything he has and they look great on his tuxedo shirt. That there are 6 button covers instead of 4 is a bonus! What we like most are the cufflinks as he wears cufflinks often. They are easy to put on unlike some others and add a stylish flair to almost any shirt. And you can't beat the price on this set. If you're searching for a set, I say go for it!

I love french cuff shirts so am always looking for new cufflinks. These are really nice and fit well. I haven't used the buttons but they match the cufflinks and look great too.

I really like the design of these cuff links and studs. The face of the cuff link is on the larger side, which makes it easier to see the really attractive inlay design. The studs are a tad on the small side, but they still work fine. My only complaint is the polyurethane resin over the inlay on the cuff links pools up at the edges in an uneven way. I have some manufacturing experience so I know how difficult it can be to be to execute the application of this resin. It is doable though and it was not done properly on these cuff links. That said, I only took one star off for that because you'd have to inspect them pretty closely to see this minor defect. Absolutely nobody see this in a normal situation. So the design is nice and they look good, just have realistic expectations and you'll be happy.

These studs and cuff links are nicely finished and well made. It’s exceptional that the set comes with six shirt studs. For most formal shirts that will give you extra in case one goes missing you won’t need to throw out the set.The advertisement doesn’t call attention to the fact that the insert appears to be a swatch of carbon fiber. It looks real enough although since it is embedded in a clear epoxy finish one can’t tell for sure. It is distinctive and looks good enough.As a gift for a “car guy” I think this would be appreciated. When I saw the ad, that’s why I stopped to take another look and ordered the set. They look much better in person and I’m glad I ordered them.

I ordered these because I have a few interesting suits and did not want something too flashy. This set is finished beautifully and looks great with any suit I can imagine. Cufflinks are not easy to find in stores and everything is abundant online, but this kit gives you a matching set in one purchase. A great option if you are looking for a quality set

Very stylish addition to my small collection of tuxedo hardware. Besides the attractive styling, very different from my plain silver studs and black onyx studs and cuff link sets. I really appreciate the nice stiff action on the cuff links, which should make putting these into the shirt sleeves very easy. Most stud sets include 4 studs--really all that's usually needed--but this set comes with six studs. Nice to have extra.
