This onesie only comes in two size options of 9-12 and 12-18. I got the 12-18 month size, and it is too loose on my baby. If it was more snug on her it would be perfect. If your one year old is longer in the torso it might work for you, if not get the 9-12 month size.

This is well-made should last a while with several washings. And it’s got a good body links so it will fit right at the perfect time for her first birthday. Highly recommend
