Treadmill Doctor Proform 585TL Treadmill Running Belt Model# PFTL42061 P/N 184542

I was actually surprised in the quality of this belt. Getting it on the treamill was a huge ordeal since there was no specific installation instructions anywhere on the net (I'm an engineer and it took me 4-5 hours by myself). Good quality product though! If there had been any "relevant" instructions with the package or on the sellers website (there are generic treadmill instructions) I'd have given it 5 stars.

The belt itself seems to be good quality, fit, etc. However, the removal of the old belt and the installation of the new one was way more complicated than the generic instructions indicated. This particular model (PFTL42061) has the front roller basically inaccessible unless you take the treadmill apart because the bolt holding it on is blocked by the side rail and can't be taken out far enough to remove the roller.We did take it apart and after about six hours managed to get everything back together - definitely a two-person job. I gather most models are much simpler given all the instructions we found indicated you could simply remove the bolt and lift the roller. I'm giving it 3 stars because the product seems to be fine in quality and no issues with service, but the installation was a nightmare.
