Solid buy, slips a tiny bit, but very manageable and comfortable.
This clip was fantastic. I’ve used it quite a bit to hike with and on a 2 week trip to Japan. I’ve used an Osprey Daylite pack which needed some paracord wrapped underneath the clip to stay steady, but perfectly fine after that. And then in Japan I took my TNF Kaban 1.0 which has some pretty beefier straps that the clip did not fit on at first. After some attempts at stretching the cord it comes with, it fit like a glove.

Stable
Nice and secure. I've had no issues with it so far. Stays where I place it on the strap and pretty tough to remove it accidentally.

Works perfectly
I used the PD clip for years but the use of it was not smooth, you needed 2 small fingers to loc and unlock the clip/camera. The Falkam F38 works smooth, you can lock and unlock it with one finger and the camera slides in easily without fiddling around. Btw, the clip does work with the PD plate. This is the perfect clip and because of its ease of use you have your camera more often out and handy to use.

Good with a few flaws.
Good clip but its operation isn't near as smooth as the peak design capture clip

Better than PD for me
I have a PD capture clip that, with the backpacks I own, fits and works great, but pressed uncomfortably into my chest/shoulder at times. This version of the Ulanzi strap clip has a smaller, more sloped plastic back that is much less noticeable. Now, the attachment mechanism does rely on wire/string that could deteriorate over time, and I don't think it is as flexible on thickness as the PD screw system, but so far it has zero slide, works with all of my baseplates (mostly from Ulanzi so they should) with just a little bit of rattle if I am really active (less rattle than when using the F38 PD compatible baseplates in the PD capture clip). I like it better for my backpacks. Still happily using the PD on a sling strap where it doesn't touch my body, but I will be getting more of these Ulanzi ones for any against body use going forward.

Total crap ! Don't buy !!
The screw starts to loose by itself when the camera swaying with my walk. Drop my camera twice within first month. The last time, I just fasten it 5 mins before it drop my Sony. Lucky it landed on soft forest ground. I was stupid to save a couple bucks to risky my thousand dollars gear. I changed to PD and 3 months later, nothing happens.
