There are no more cheap airlines - I have just spent near £800 on Ryanair tickets for the summer so we needed the most storage you can get for a carry on bag. So here's how the Sea choice 55cm Carry on Luggage stacked up for that trip.....Pros ✅ It's a good looking piece of luggage with lots of practical room inside. It is made out of semi rigid plastic, and I love the sky blue colour and the finish to the luggage. It is a lot larger and better finished than our old supermarket carry on bag.The 4 wheels work well and the retracting handle seems strong enough for a long walk to the hotel while the locks are good for all but the security staff who have the TSA keys for checking. So far so good.....Cons ❌ The advert says it is "55x36x23cm(All Parts)", but we have measured repeatedly and our copy is definitely 56cm tall (56 x 35 x 23cm) and 56.4cm tall if you inclde the handle pushed as flat as it will go. This means it may just about fit into a British Airways and Easyjet size tester (assuming they allow 4mm leeway) but it will certainly fail that for Ryanair at 55cm (who do very often check bags and will then charge you a lot - trust me!)Here are the current size limits I could find today:+ British Airways Large cabin bag: Up to 56 x 45 x 25cm which includes wheels and handles+ Easyjet Large cabin bag: max. 56 x 45 x 25 cm+ Ryanair Large cabin bag:10kg max, 55x40x20cmSo this is a 5 star bag if you fly on the "full fare, scheduled airlines" who then don't quibble over an excess of 4mm, but beware on some of the budget ones. For that I have to rate this only 1 star as the advertised size could be expensively misleading. That gives an average rate of (5+1)/2 = 3 star.So we'll have to scrap this for our summer holidays and I will have to keep it for full-fare work trips. If this fails inside 2 years I will be back to update my review. It is a pity as a bit smaller all round could have made this a real "5-star" product as it looks really good.

A very strong case that has been drop tested and looks like it would stand up to the usual throwing around from baggage handlers. The laptop section is very useful and doesn’t seem to impinge on the room inside the case, as it is very deep. My only concern is that it is sold as a carry on case but I’m doubtful that a lot of airlines would accept it as cabin baggage due to it being quite bulky. If you are looking for a bag to use on a business trip to put in the boot of a car or take on public transport, it’s ideal. Very sturdy and looks like it will stand the test of time. Looks stylist too.

A mala é realmente bonita. A abertura frontal foi bem pensada pois dá imenso jeito. É espaçosa e bem organizada. É tão espaçosa que receio que não seja considerada mala de cabine!!!

Und das ist er auch. Die zwei Schließmechanismen arbeiten sehr gut, ging Problemlos als Handgepäck bei British Airways mit in die Kabine, lässt sich auf Grund des breiten Griffen hervorragend schieben, Genug Platz ist in seinen Inneren.Wofür der Punkteabzug? :In der Werbung werden im Frontfach viele Dinge reingelegt - ja kann man, aber bei max. 2,5 cm Breite, die nicht nach innen flexible ist und die auch durch die Taschen die innen verbaut sind, wird die Geschichte noch etwas schmaler. Also an Schließen ist dann nicht mehr zu denken.Habe mir einen Teil des Inhaltes umgebaut und zwar in den größeren Raum des Koffers, habe jetzt ein Geheimfach mehr und bekomme alles unter.
