Amazing e bike
Just purchased this bike, had a hiccup at first due to a faulty tire tube not holding air, but Hedonics customer service helped me out amazingly, I had to purchase a new tube but they refunded me the money I had to additionally spend to replace tube. Ride bike back and forth to work no problem and in a bit of rain. Would highly suggest this bike to anyone who asks about it.

nice appearance
It performs as it claims and has enough torque to handle all the hills I live on. I got 30 miles of range on a single charge on straightaways and hills, with very little pedaling required except to take some stress off the engine when climbing steep hills, which was nice.The bike rack and basket are very heavy duty and well made, they give you a lot of options for carrying your gear and I'm looking forward to doing some bike packing with it.The customer service is great, they are helpful and care about the quality of the product.
