The frame is not that sturdy, the temples are fragile, and the material of the nose pads degrade to rapidly.Not good for extended use.

I bought this for my dad whom was legally blind and he loved these and since it’s no longer needed I was going to donate them but my eyes are getting bad …or I’m getting older.. or both …so during packing I decided to give them a try and I was IMMEDIATELY impressed and asked myself why I’ve just been letting these sit for months going to literal waste when I’ve neeeeded them.From reading manuals, to being able to put my threads in my needles easier now I’m so happy with this.The different lenses makes it perfect for us DIYers or anyone who needs a close look at something.I do wish there was a bit more comfort on the handles but it also came with a adjustable head band so I’ll give that a try and see how I like it with that on.So glad I followed my instincts and decided to try these my self.

it does everything it said but it is harder to use because I am bigger busted than it is made for.

They are very nice. The different lenses give everyone the opportunity to use them for a multitude of projects. I also enjoy the fact that they are hands free freeing your hands preventing unnecessary accidents. They also come with lights making everything clear. I would definitely recommend them for people with poor or fading vision who work with their hands & small objects. Or older people needing a little help so see tiny words or small objects or their or phones.

Just arrived today and it’s exactly what I needed for testing my diabetic cats’s blood sugar. My eyes aren’t the greatest and trying to prick his ear and then find a tiny drop of blood on a black cat has been next to impossible. I had been using a head lamp and reading glasses but the glare often made it worse than using nothing at all. I tried this tonight and was able to get the “sweet spot” on the first try and get the easiest sample I’ve ever drawn. It gives off enough light to see but not so much that you have a glare on the lancet cover, and you can adjust both the light and lens to whatever angle you need.The lenses came in a nice little case the headband fits my head just fine. Unlike some other reviews, I did not find it too heavy without the headband so just left the earpieces on. Maybe if I were doing something that required me to move around more I’d need the headband, but for my purposes, ear pieces were fine.As for the quality, it seems fine too, especially for this price. It’s not flimsy but I will handle with care just in case. So far, so good!

Even though I am not old and my eyes aren't too bad, I needed these for close-up work on things like cross stitch. These arrived yesterday. I couldn't tell from the pictures online if they were going to be big enough or sturdy or even work. Holy smokes, they're great! And I can even wear them with my glasses. It's easy to change the lenses, and the lenses aren't distorted or cloudy - they are clear and they work very well! I was struggling with cross stitch (I just started learning) and had a heck of a time seeing the squares - these glasses changed all of that and last night I was a cross-stitching fool! I also build e-cig coils and now I can see what I'm doing. They'll be great for plucking my eyebrows, or anything else I need to do that is close up. The light is nice and bright (takes AAA batteries so not too heavy on my head). I'm honestly so surprised at how nice these are for the price. My husband wants a pair now (shhhh I'm ordering some for him for Christmas!). If you draw, paint, or do anything that is close-up and you might need a little extra light for, these really are great! I love finding good deals on great products!

Less than 2 years after purchasing, lenses will not stay in securely. They regularly fall out of holder. One fell on the concrete floor and broke the tab off the goes in the slot making it worthless. Looking for a better system.

I love these for beading! As others have noted, they're great quality for the price. I love having multiple lenses, and the storage box for the lenses is nice and convenient. These lenses are easy to change. It also came with a lens cloth, which I appreciate. I LOVE the large range on the lens arm -- you can move it all the way up when you don't need magnification and anywhere in between all the way up and flush to your nose when you do need magnification. This makes it super comfortable and easy to work. It's brilliant. The nose pads are adjustable, and they have a rubber or silicone coating. I like that I have the option to use the black stretchy strap over my head instead for the arms (like glasses), but the arms have been most comfortable for me. The weight is fine, but I don't have batteries in mine b/c I don't really need the light. I imagine the addition of the batteries will be heavier than I want. Overall, I'm very pleased with these. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

A little heavy with the batteries. I use it for diamond paintings mostly or for needlework. I wish that there would have been, included, lenses greater than 3.5 as in 4.0 and 4.5. But I must say that lens 3.5 was very adequate for the work at hand.

Bought this to work on small projects, it is perfect for my needs
