When my husband installed the fireplace I knew it was going to be a wonderful addition to our living space. We turned in on and immediately were in awe of how beautiful it looked and the heat coming from it filled the room. We live in a fifth wheel with 10ft ceilings and we could definitely feel the warmth.It was easy to install, it was boxed with care. We would highly recommend this fireplace.

I've always wanted a fireplace, but a traditional one wasn't feasible in my apartment. This electric fireplace looks amazing! The realistic flame effects are customizable, and the heater provides a nice boost of warmth on chilly nights. Love that it's smart-enabled too.

We have used a lot of electric fireplaces because they add to the cozy atmosphere of rooms. My last recessed fireplace install was a little painful because, after all that work, it just looked super fake. It doesn't have to look perfectly realistic, but it does need to give the overall vibe of being in front of a fire. This one is beautiful and a similar price. It is sturdy, too, and does not feel like it comes from a random letter brand. This is worth spending some extra for over those, although I might change my mind on that if it has issues any time soon. I will update this review if that happens, but until then I am very happy to have it.

Wonderful fireplace. Attractive, display is very nice, heating is adequate for our needs. I can’t believe how easy it was to install. Simply attached the hanger to the wall and slipped the fireplace onto it. When I opened the box, I saw that a couple of items were missing. Using the phone number provided by Touchstone, I called them. The people at Touchstone were incredibly helpful and took care of the problems immediately. Both the fireplace and the company it comes from are great.

I wanted to add this to our basement for some heat and some ambiance and got both! This was super easy to install and produces great heat. Remote is easy to use and love that you can change the color of the "flames". Highly recommend
