If you're looking for a caffeinated drink that is full of flavor without sugar or anything artificial, Phocus is your dream come true. I am a tea drinker in the morning, but often need a "kick" in the afternoon. I don't like a hot beverage later in the day or the artificial sweeteners and colors in sodas. Someone told me to try this new sparkling water and I have to say, I was blown away. Phocus is clean - with great flavors and just the right amount of caffeine. You won't feel jittery or overloaded after drinking a Phocus. It really does feel like you've had a few cups of tea. I especially like the cucumber and blood orange flavors, but they each have a great subtle flavor. The sparkling part of the water isn't overwhelming either. Phocus has the right about of fizz without making you feel full of gas. As a long distance runner, I am definitely incorporating Phocus into my training regime. But mostly, I enjoy a can or two during that early/late afternoon energy crash. It brings back the focus when things begin to fade. I will be ordering lots of Phocus.....

I think I may have finally found a caffeinated seltzer worth the money! Hi-Ball are okay, but some of the flavors aren't very good; every flavor of Phocus I've tried has been delicious! Also, thank goodness, NO sweeteners! SO hard to find!The only con is the price -- I'm not sure why caffeinated seltzers are so expensive!!! Maybe because they ARE so hard to find. Local grocery stores hardly have any (and if they do, it's typically Hi-Ball), even if they have a whole aisle of energy drinks.

I tried this product at work by accident but it was definitely a game changer for me. I decided to purchase the variety pack as I wanted to share the experience with my partner and overall, we are happy with the purchase.Flavor was good, it did not have that artificial taste that a lot of other companies have in their drinks.Presentation was good, I just wish it was resealable so as to put back into the fridge if I don't finish it.My only qualm with this product is the fizz level. I really enjoy a crisper seltzer taste like HAL'S and this did not have that. When you initially open it, the fizz level is moderate but soon goes flat after an hour or so of being open. It also losses fizz very quickly after 45mins in ice ( I inadvertently timed the product while on some calls).Overall, a good drink if you are going to sip it immediately or over the course of your lunch but would not recommend for those who like to sip their drinks slowly as the fizz will go flat after a while.

I have three young kids and on any given night I'm up at *least* once if not more with one or more of them, plus having to get up for the day pretty early. I hate the taste of coffee plus I wanted something a bit more than just caffeine to help me get through the days when I've had particularly little sleep. Most energy drinks are pumped so full of nasty stuff I want nothing to do with them, and to my dismay most of the ones that advertise themselves as better for you use alternative sweeteners. Personally, if I want something sweet, I want it to just be sugar, and most things just really don't need to be that sweet. I was so happy to find that this product is not only 0 sugar, it's 0 sweetener of any type. It has a light, crisp taste and gives me the boost I need to get through the day without dragging too much.

I gave up sodas 2 years ago when on The Whole 30 (was a Diet Coke daily drinker for 30 years) and have since relied on Moringa green teas and Hint caffeinated water. I discovered Phocus last month and just finished my first 12 pack and am back for more. I am not a fan of carbonated waters, but really like the Phocus water and appreciate the clean ingredients along with the natural caffeine. The flavors are subtle yet refreshing and it is a great afternoon pick me up. While it is pricey compared to a 12 pack of soda, it is worth it to have a clean refreshing carbonated drink.

Updated: Originally 5 stars, but I decided to try the cola variety pack because I love root beer and coke. I was excited to try it, and they all smell and taste spot on, but for some reason they make me nauseous. The fruit variety pack doesn’t. I won’t be able to get through the rest of this box, which is a bummer and a waste of money. I’m the only one in my household who likes selzters so I’ll have to trash them. Not sure if it’s the cola flavoring that is making me sick or what. I really wanted to like these!Original review: Exactly what I’ve been looking for. I hate the vitamin aftertaste and overly sweet taste of normal energy drinks. I love seltzers and have been looking for a good energy drink with zero sweetener. Don’t care about calories, I just hate sweet drinks. I will continue to buy cases of these for as long as they’re sold. I’m a huge fan. They give me a good energy boost without feeling like my heart is going to explode or like I just smoked crack.

I had been cutting back on energy drinks and drinking more caffeinated tea and coffee. I missed the carbonation, however. I would drink sparkling water. This drink gives me the caffeine kick I might be addicted to, and it simply tastes of carbonated water.I purchased the variety pack and have enjoyed every flavor. At work I had someone ask if I happened to be drinking cucumber water. It was the cucumber flavor of this drink. It smells, and tastes as though the water was infused with whatever the flavor might be. This is quality stuff, and much cheaper than the energy drinks I was feeling hooked on. A lot less sugar than those drinks also. As in no sugar.I do warn that the first time I enjoyed these drinks I did drink two cans back-to-back. They drink like a quality sparkling water. I was quite wired for a few hours. I do suggest some restraint, as difficult as that may be.
