ITEM:K KiNGKANG Pull Up Dip Station For Home GymPROS:Fits perfectly in a nook in my weirdly shaped side yard. It's affordably priced for those trying to build a home gym on a budget, and allows for multiple exercises for added value. The 6 levels of adjustment provides some versatility as well.CONS:Marked as handling up to 330 lb. capacity, but the product info also mentions just 300 lbs. So not sure which is correct. Stable enough, but not as much as heavier duty versions (that of course also cost way more). Best to avoid swinging movements like Kipping Pull-Ups. For tall people, this stand may not be as comfortable for your use, if don't like bent knee exercises.FINAL THOUGHTS:I get that this stand doesn't work for tall people, but I'm short. (Ewoks would side-eye me.) I love the adjustable heights on this stand, and also the compact, yet multifunctional design. It definitely looks good, as well. And the price-point is great, especially with additional discounts. I do wish the load capacity were higher & reflected consistently.
