I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these theater seats. The first thing that surprised me was the weight. These seats are kinda heavy. When putting them together, they are very sturdy and all the electronics work flawlessly out of the box. No toolsNeeded to assemble and each chair can be assemble in lessThan ten minutes. The tray tables that come with the seats are great quality and you can use on the left orRight side of the seat. These chairs are so soft and comfortable you can fall asleep in them. My wife is a major critic of furniture and when saw them she said wowAnd when she satOn themThe first thing she said was these chairs are comfortable. That sold me. Happy wife?….lolI highly recommend these seats. Shipping was fastAnd quality is top notch.

Ordered Three of these recliners they arrived today by FedEx who just left them outside of my Apartment building one of the boxes was really beat up. As you will see in pictures. But the recliners itself was not damaged. I did order them in black but these kinda look more like a dark chocolate and black marble color. but very nice looking. The recliners installation was very easy simply snap the back on and connect the cable. Very comfortable, reclines in multiple positions. Can recline all way back with back sitting up and your feet can still be lift up as well. Has two cup holders , a handy swivel tray for eating or using a laptop or tablet that can be stored in one of the arm storage compartments. USB port for charging your phone or gadgets. also has nice led lights underneath. I have had three brain surgery cervical disc remove in my neck and plates to help hold my head. So my neck would always g hurt and get stiff when sitting and watching tv. This recliner has really change my life as I have sit in this recliner for six hours straight today and have not had any pain or stiffness in my neck. I would highly recommended

I bought this as a replacement for a manual recliner. It is comfortable and easy to assemble but after three days the reclining function stopped working. I realized too late that the motor cable was being stretched when fully reclined and it eventually broke (see pic1 and pic2). Make sure to check when assembling the chair that the cable to the motor has sufficient slack in the fully reclined position and it should be zip tied into a position to avoid stretching. The customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement motor assembly. One good thing is that the chair can be converted to a manual recliner by removing the motor assembly which can be easily done without tools by removing two pins and two retaining clips (see pic3). This is useful to know in case of a power outage or any other situation where the motor function is unavailable you can still use the recliner manually by removing the motor assembly.

The chairs are very comfortable and give good lumbar support. The motor operates very quietly. The side tables only mount to the right armrest and cannot be switched over to the other side. It is not real leather and feels a little bit too smooth, but I knew and expected it to be that way for the price I paid. The chairs are perfect for my teenagers to hang out at our beach house.

I bought these chairs a month in advance to go with my room that was in the process of being decorated. Once finished I had the chairs setup only to discover one of the trays was missing the screw that is needed for it to be usable. I reached out to the seller to see how I can get this small replacement part, but to date, no reply; otherwise, I love the chairs and everything else was good.
