If you have AirTags then you would be familiar with this product
If you have AirTags then you would be familiar with this productIt's basically a cheaper version of the actual AirTag but in a different shapeI can't speak for the longevity of it but the basic functionality is the same and the range is somewhat similarI haven't really had the time to accurately test it out but i have it on my key chain with an airtag and they both show up exactly the same on my iphone so i would say it's a good alternative to try out

Not a great finder; reasonable left behinder
First:This is a pretty standard bluetooth apple Find My style tracker. Because it is Bluetooth, you will not get super precision tracking. Because it is designed for the Apple ecosystem, you get related the cons (Not shareable with non ios users) and pros (left behind notifications without additional fees)That latter is what I want to highlight: if you have an escape artist, a road trip, etc, then knowing when your pet or stuff is not nearby is important. And that's why I got this device.Thankfully I am not relying on the sound it makes. It is very quiet, especially once in its sleeve and deep nestled in the neck ruff of Great Pyrenees mix's collar.I have several Tile trackers of different vintages, and they are all at least twice as loud as this gizmo. It is lightweight (the sleeve weighs the most!), uses a user-replaceable battery, and the holder fits easily on my von Floofentot's not insubstantial collar. And yes, it does tell me fairly reliably when she's taken advantage of a wonky gate and is off seeking love from the neighbors.Recommended for people who need left behind notifications for their stuff. Not for assistance in using auditory cues to.track them down. Probably not great for finding pets who burrow or climb - you need a better speaker in that case.So again pros:Is compatible, with find myDecent holder for collarsUser replaceable batteryCons:Quiet so quietFinding limitations of Bluetooth in general

You can see your dog further away than this tracker picks up.
There is no range listed on this dog tracker ad, but its about 26 feet. Basically the range of Bluetooth or of an air tag. Also the GPS does not show up accurately on the map.The tracker does look nice, but the range is useless for finding your dog.

Replaced my airtag
I got this to replace my airtag since this is slightly smaller and easier to clasp onto his harness. The other airtag holder i had got dirty so fast and i worried for the airtag. With this i don't have to worry about that!

Bluetooth finder device
Much like a Tile or Airtag, this plastic square helps you find whatever it is attached to. I put it in the included silicone sleeve to attach to my dog's collar, but it can also be attached to a set of keys. This tracker, as mentioned in the product description, runs on bluetooth, a short range radio frequency doesn't perform well past a certain distance. If the dog, keys, whatever needs to be tracked is lost in the city, with the wealth of smart devices broadcasting, the accuracy of the tracking will be great, but not in more remote areas. As reviews have stated, bluetooth isn't the most accurate tech for a tracking device, but it is accurate enough to track with, and it is a low energy technology, so a coin cell battery once a year is all that is needed to power it. My main problem with this tracker tag is, it is advertised as the ultimate dog tracker. It is NOT the ultimate dog tracker, but it does work, and does so for 10USD which is good value to price in the niche it exists in.

Peace of mind: RESTORED
This dog tag is already SO convienient! We have a huskey who is FAMOUS for getting out of the house and going for runs around the neighborhood. This tag easily paired with "find my " on my Fiance's Apple IPhone. (I'm still team andriod 🫣) Legit 2 step process. Turn on the tag, and pair it using your phone. I LOVE the fact that it runs on a single button battery, so we dont have to stress about charging it nightly. Just a simple change of the battery when it does die. I'm not sure how long the battery life is, but were in week # 2 and its going strong! This affordable, yet durable tag already has given us such a peace of mind. 10/10 would most certainly recommend.

Easy to Set Up, Relies on Bluetooth
I ordered this tracker for my dog because she travels with us frequently. Although she is never left unattended, we wanted to be able to track her if the unthinkable should happen. The device was easy to set up once I figured out that the ridges on the front of the tracker represent the power button (see photo). After turning the tracker on I just followed the prompts on my iPhone's Find My app. A silicone "sleeve" is included to hold the tracker and attach it to the dog's collar. The ends of the sleeve stretch, so it should fit collars of just about any width. The tracker uses a watch-style battery (included), and comes with a tool to open the battery compartment. A key ring and lanyard that can be attached to the tool are also included. As with other Bluetooth trackers and tags, the more Bluetooth enabled devices that are in the area, the more accurate tracking will be. This could pose a problem if your dog is lost in the woods with no Bluetooth devices around. Since we have started using the tracker with our dog, we have only been in heavily populated areas with a high number of Bluetooth devices, so we have found it to be accurate.Overall, this tracker offers us some peace of mind knowing that if our precious girl is ever separated from us we will have a good chance of finding her. While this tracker does have its limitations, I still feel that it's better than having nothing at all.
