I resin items that I sell on Etsy. This was the first UV Resin make I bought and have found it to be constantly good. It’s easy to use, I’m not aware of any odour and suits my needs. In a moment of madness I purchased a different make of resin to try as the reviews were really good. I should have stuck with what I know as the other make was a complete let down. Personally this resin works really well for my needs so would have no hesitation in recommending it.

This review is for the 200g kit, it looks like the slightly more expensive 250g kit resolves some of the 'cons' I list below:Pros 👍:✔ The UV lamp makes curing the resin quicker (however also see my 'con' below)✔ No need to mix resins togetherCons👎:✘ No moulds included, you need to buy your own✘ UV lamp is low powered and takes AGES for slightly larger items. The lamp has a maximum timer of 180 seconds, which is incredibly frustrating when you have to keep switching it back on again. There is no way (on my lamp) to keep it on all the time. Especially annoying when some items took hours of drying under the lampWe have spent a couple of fun afternoons with this kit. Is it value for money? Yes.----------------------------This review is for an item I received free as part of the Amazon Vine program. I always review objectively, and only award 5 stars if I feel a product is worth it and is something that I would be happy to buy.

Easy to use, dries very quickly and better than mixing. You have to buy this 👌

I got this for my Daughter who loves crafting, she has used epoxy resin kits before, so I knew she would like this.This kit has some advantages over epoxy resin, you don't have to measure two components and mix them risking bubbles. it becomes activated when subjected to UV light rays, it also 'cures' far quicker than epoxy resin which can take hours or days depending upon the size of the casting.This UV resin is not suitable for larger items or deep/thick moulds. it is intended for smaller items, which is why this is sold as a kit for making jewellery, key rings, etc...She says it is easy to use and fun to make small items, I would highly recommend it.

I was using this resin as a thin protective coat for painted glass pebbles. Even after hours under sun/uv light it felt tacky to touch, the smell was really strong & bad as well.Had it have dried it would have been really good, it was easy enough to use but the finish wasn't good as it stayed sticky. Funnily enough any blobs I spilt on the table dried perfectly & quickly even without the uv light so I do wonder if it just didn't like the glass it was put on
