Great for the Price
I'm not a big one for writing Reviews, but I have to say this is a good gaming PC. It starts fast and is easy to set up. the 4GB gaming card will play many games without any problems, and when you have finished it closes down very quickly as well.

Will run all latest games
Super fast delivery. The only thing I noticed from the description it that it says it comes with a wireless adaptor. This wasn't included but they did supply the keyboard and mouse. Otherwise.. a great piece of kit. Although the GPU isn't super great, it does work fast and plays all of the latest games I've tried without a problem.

my second xum computer says it all really.First rate pc prompt delivery well packed for transit.I will add a problem with pc bought 2+ years ago was delt with so well it made them my first choice for another pc

Terrible customer service from Dr memory
Bought this pc only 9 months ago from Dr memory and it has developed a hardware issue and keeps shutting down. Company refuses to refund or replace the pc only offers a repair which I was forced to accept. After having the pc for 5 days they decided to contact me to say it was not adequately packed so the glass case was smashed so want me to pay for a new case when it was packed adequately to begin with. They still have not diagnosed the hardware issue so I have no idea if they can even fix it or if I will end up being left with a broken pc and no warranty left once my year is up. Would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Fantastic PC!
Bought for my son's birthday, he's into gaming and so I researched for quite a while and got input and advice. Decided to take the plunge with this and I'm so glad I did! Really really impressed, firstly it's so fast, and so quiet, even with the numerous fans! It looks amazing with the LED's, and the tempered glass side is a lovely touch. Lots of USB slots, WiFi card already installed (so many I looked at required an ethernet cable but this pc was pretty much plug in, set up and off you go!) Most importantly my son is absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you so much for the quality pc, you can really tell that XUM is decent quality.

Quality - Excellent quality, nothing else to add.
Everything has been beyond satisfactory. The price, delivery (very well packaged) and *touch wood* reliability of the parts within (3 months so far, but can't doubt I will get a decent lifetime out of them). Normally I would find a fault with something, being a man and all, but this time round - a thorough 5-stars are well deserved and I wish this company all the best for the way forward. I will certainly be a repeat customer all the time this level of service is offered. Bravo team XUM.

Really good pc, however power cable broke within days.
The pc itself was easy to setup and runs most mid range games with no problems. However the power cable has broken with little to no stress being put upon it so the quality of the cable is poor.
