I had high hopes for this drink mix. But once finishing the container after drinking the tonic each day religiously, I can confirm that it did nothing for weight loss. I can't even say that it did anything for my energy levels. Although the ingrediants were all natural and seemingly good, I won't be purchasing this again. Just another empty weight loss promise. I’m giving it 3 stars because it was very easy to mix and tasted decent; although I had to add in a tad more water to reduce the sweetness..
