This is a heavy duty ladder that is well made and very sturdy. Perfect for reaching up high and holds a ton of weight. It is very easy to put together. Great addition to my art gallery and studio.

This is a sturdy 4-step foldable ladder with handrails.Pros: Very easy to climb and support yourself with the handrails. It comes with 2 extra protective feet in case the originals wear out. It’s very easy to fold and collapse the ladder when storing. There is a release safety latch which will prevent it from collapsing on its own. The handles are solid and have a foam type grip which is easy on the hands. The step stool is taller than most that I have used and goes up pretty high, so much so I bumped my head on the ceiling when testing it on the top step. Comes with a storage pouch with pockets which wraps around the top to store any tools you need for the job like screwdrivers, hammer, paintbrush, or whatever. Claims it can support weights up to 300 lbs. Warning stickers on the ladder for anyone who decides to use it.Cons: The handrails will need to be assembled with nuts and bolts; tools are not provided. No shelf on the other side of the ladder to place a tray of paint or heavy item like a drill. Noticed a little side to side wobble if you are the type to lean heavy on one side, however at no point did I feel like it was going to tip over. The ladder is pretty heavy at around 20+ pounds and kind of bulky because the handrails stick out so much even when folded up.

The large steps and handrails make this a comfortable and very secure work platform, much more so than a conventional step ladder. My spouse does not feel safe on small step stools or regular step ladders, but she is confident using this one.The ladder is of steel construction - great for stability. The downside of that stability is weight; I measured the ladder at 17 1/2 lb. It folds and unfolds easily. The handrails, however, do not fold. They add about 5" to the depth of the folded ladder, making storage more difficult than it would be if the handles folded.

Needed something with greater reach than our 2 step stool in the kitchen.This gives us plenty of reach and even allows me get to the recessed lights in our 10 ft ceilings. Bonus!The steps are actually pretty steep so my wife particularly likes the side handholds for getting up and down on it.When you fold it up, you can see why those stairs need to be a bit steep as that configuration allows it to minimize its depth when you go to store it. Ours hangs on the back of a door and does not cause a problem with getting by it.Feels plenty solid and will get a whole lot of use - particularly when the holidays kick in.

The ladder is very heavy also my legs bump into the steps good news ladder is very steady

The tool bag at the top of the steps is a real plus when working on overhead projects. Better than the holes at the top of a step ladder. The steps are easy to traverse and the handles really help to stabilize yourself as you walk to the top. It is a bit heavy, but I'd rather have heavy and stable than light and unsteady.

I received this HHH HIKECUCAN 4 Step Ladder with Handrails and Tool Bag well packaged in excellent condition. Out of the box excellent quality weight construction and easy to assemble. This step ladder is easy to open and fold and sturdy when standing on. Highly recommended.
