This product has a warning sticker on the lid stating that it contains a chemical known in the state of California to cause CANCER- the very thing I had purchased this product to help with through detoxifying. It is the state of California law provisions that require the labeling described above that is alarming as it is when no context is given.I'm editing this now, as what I have learned about products like these that contain natural clay consequently contain traces of known carcinogens. This is not new news and apparently doesn't contribute to body burden.The action of the product being a sponge of sorts, it binds toxins rather than disseminates them as it passes through the digestive system.My doctor suggested this product to help bind toxins, and most products like this contain trace amounts of carcinogens, just like grilled food does, and other products and drinking water. The difference is, the products based in California get these labels, and once based elsewhere don't. So they all basically contain the same traces, just Cali ones have this labeling.Use of this product has decreased tissue my personal toxin load over time, demonstrated by tissue toxin lab tests over the duration of using this product. This is to say, that it has not contributed to any of the categories of toxins or heavy metals increasing, they have all gone down.I genuinely hope this helps. No. There is no where on the bottle that states that this product contains lead. I’m unclear as to where the other reviewer had seen this but there is no indication anywhere that I am able to find that states this otherwise I would never recommend such a product. The bottle states to take two capsules three times a day. Because of my mold toxicity and intestinal issues, I have been taking two capsules in the evening before I go to bed and it has helped tremendously.

This clay pulls out heavy metals from the body that will cause diseases. My Chiropractor/nutritionally trained doctor explained that this clay will absorb and pull toxins such as mercury, arsenic, aluminum, that the body cannot get rid of normally and can cause cancer. That is what he told me. So he had me take this for about 3 years to get rid of the metals in the body. ( which he said I had lots of mercury in the body from eating so much tuna) That is its use. Noone has to believe this that's ok. But it seemed to work well for me.

Great for stopping diarrhea within an hour, usually half that! No side effects unless you take too much and then you might have to deal with constipation for a couple if days.!

WHAT I like about the product is you can put it in water or teas. It does help clean certain foods that you made have eat. I used this three years go and it is great.

I give these to my dog for chronic pancreatitis -related diarrhea. They work.

Good for my IBS and internal detox. I read issues about being constipated from taking this. The bottle suggests 2 capsules a day. I've been taking 1 every other day and have had no issues. I suggest anyone suffering from back up issues to up their Vitamin C or magnesium intake - both help with elimination. Also up you water intake as suggested.

Works well for detox. Got the job done.
