It get my room and it 10 by 12 dust gone way down not washable filter but great to have

I purchased this item from amazon but unfortunately it's out of order after using for 3 months. It's already past the responsibility time of Amazon. I thought maybe I had to take the responsibility by myself and throw the broken one away until I noticed the product introduction, there's a contact information for product support. I tried to send a email to them. And finally they send me a new substitute equipment, which exceed my expect. So maybe not a good quality product, but their customer support is good at least.

Just wanted to be sure the mold and mildew from my old window unit was not permeating my bedroom so I wanted to try a purifier. The numbers displayed aren't explained - the instruction booklet hardly explains anything - but the numbers are so low that it doesn't appear my environment is that bad. I will have to start checking return info more closely because when a seller charges $6.99 to return something, it's hard to take when you have been an Amazon Prime member for so long. It should be full refund but it's my fault for not checking. I would never have purchased this if I had known there was a fee for return.

Little but works great for small area..not to loud

This appears to work well. I gave 4 stars because no matter how much oil you use it does not put off any scent. Also, no matter what I so I can't get the filter to align with the arrows as indicated although it doesn't seem to effect how it works.
