High power steamer pads
The pads do not move, they are wonderful. They adhere tightly and that is needed because the machine is powerful in steaming.

They don’t seem to last long
I have multiple sets of these and they get used a lot. I like that they’re washable, but it seems that washing them stretches them out. This then causes them to roll under as you’re steaming making it a little more difficult to just push the machine. Also, the Velcro back seems to wear out fairly quickly as well.

Too big for their own steamer
The towels are excessively large for the steamer. They recommend that you step onto them to keep them in place, but it is unnecessary. Poorly designed.
