Lost Oracle (Rockpool Oracle)

The media could not be loaded. I have been waiting a long while for these to come in and they are finally here!! Yay!! What’s even better ? I couldn’t be more pleased. The card stock is fabulous. The texture of the cards are great for a smooth shuffle and draw. These cards do not stick for me, which is a plus. The illustrations are beautiful ! Between the multicolored cards and the contrast of using red on some and not on others brings a more visceral feel to this deck when cards are pulled. I love the elaborate and in depth description of the cards as well. This deck is very beautifully done and I would recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

I was here shopping for a completely different deck when I stumbled across this one. The art is gorgeous and the card meanings have depth. They have a Folklore feel to them that I vibed with immediately. The card stock is very good, has a matte finish and the cards have a beautiful black edging. So far I haven't had any of the black ink rub off onto the card faces or my hands as some other reviews have mentioned. With that in mind, after opening them the first time, I rubbed the edges lightly with a paper towel to remove any residue, there was none. These are a great addition to my oracle deck collection, highly recommend!

It was love at first sight! I love the simplistic, antique color palette. The themes feel more folk witch or trad witch. I love the choice of key words and symbolism on each card. They're deep and insightful. I appreciate an oracle that can give me my message without needing to open the guidebook. But the book adds another beautiful layer if you choose to read it. This deck will pair wonderfully with many tarot decks! I do wish it came with more cards- only 36. However, it came edged in black already, the cardstock is pretty nice and the guidebook has color depictions of the cards. It's worth the price.

This deck got here right when my heart needs it most.... we not only went through hurricane Ian back in 2022 but we have now been hit by Hurricane Helene and have to watch the devastation all over again from the flooding... reading the guidebook made me cry ❤️ this was very needed in a time when feeling so very lost! Thank you for this beautiful deck ❤️

I want to start off by saying the deck is gorgeous. I love the matte card stock and the black matte edges. The guide book seems pretty good as well.Sadly though, I do have some big complaints. Firstly, 36 cards is not enough IMO. I really prefer at least 44, but ideally closer to 50+. I knew that going in, so that part is my own issue, but I think deck publishers can still do better. Far more frustrating however, is the quality of the black edging. It bleeds onto the periphery of each card, which is tolerable as it fits the aesthetic. But it also rubs off onto your hands and onto the faces of the other cards. After shuffling the first time, all of the lighter colored cards had black scuffs all over them from brushing against the other cards. Rubbing alcohol did remove it, but it also removed some of the background color as well where I seemingly rubbed a bit too vigorously on a stubborn spot. I’m nervous to pair this with other decks now for fear of the edging transferring from my fingers to other cards.Also, please put the artist/illustrator’s name on the box! The author’s name is on the box in 3 different places, but the illustrator’s isn’t on the box at all. Artists deserve credit.

I really like this deck but unfortunately it has production quality issues. In the deck I received some of my black cards were cut wrong, one of the cards edge was split and some of my cards were stuck together from the black gilding. On a postive note its a very witchy deck, I like the different colored cards and the artwork is cool.

Just received these cards.. they called to me, so i purchased on that alone. At first I thought the thickness of the card could be thicker, but after a cleanse and a few shuffles they are fine. The box is sturdy and they fit snug and with ease.The artwork is beautiful, simple and effective, I love the witchy essence of this set.The text and interplay between the cards is great and does the job really nicely.I'm not one for reading the booklet, I'm more about the imagery as a portal tool for information 7 connecting to guidance, but the supportive text is really good and quite positive, with a good wealth of knowledge and wisdom, they speak my language and that makes them especially nice to work with. I've fallen in love with them very quickly and would recommend if they call out to you. There is substance & empowerment with in them. Thank you author and artist for combining your talents to produce this set.

This deck is a real gem to my collection... love the cards, the images, the messages

You can tell these are designed by a true witch rather than being images just chosen by a company as some sets are. They are highly open to intuition and when I used them at a Samhain gathering, everybody felt the cards were spot on. I recommend these for your collection. They have a high quality feel and excellent graphics.
