This review is for the TopoGrow 4'' Inline Fan with 4" Carbon Filter Ducting Clamps Combo+Variable Fan Speed Controller + Humidity Monitor + Analog Timer for Hydroponic Grow Tent Ventilation (4" Fan Filter Kit+Accessories)The fan is very stable and heavy and reasonably quiet and I appreciate the fact that this fan has two feet on it for stability without having to attach it to something. The controller is very handy and works very well. I have been using this fan and accessories for about a month or so now and am very pleased with this purchase. The carbon filter that I received initially was defective but after I contacted the seller they immediately sent me a replacement very quickly. I highly recommend this kit for an inside tent grow room. This kit can be configured as an exhaust or an intake fan and comes with good instructions for the various configurations of installation that you can use this kit for. My grow room tent is 2 feet by 4 feet and this fan is perfectly sufficient for me. I appreciate quality products and excellent customer service and both is what I received with this purchase.

This inline fan, carbon filter combo has been working well for me. Been running 24/7 for about a month now and no complaints. It's not too loud and was easy to install. I will be looking into other products to buy as well.

Carbon filter was not at all effective in minimizing exhaust odor. Had to purchase a different brand to address the issue. Had two of these units and neither was effective. The second filter I had purchased from them came with a dirty cover and was equally ineffective. The timer is wanky as hell and has to be shimed in place to function. The hygrometer only works in the location of the unit. I need to know the humidity inside the tent while being able to view status outside the tent. This unit doesn't do that. Took several months and several units to figure it out. Directions are in broken English and are not helpful. Fan and speed controller work but are not controlled.

Way too loud. Over 50 db. Waste of money, get yourself an AC Infinity T series.Temp/humidity probe slipping in accuracy over time. Other accessories of good quality.Fan controller is NOT mean for this type of fan motor. Poor product/circuit design is what is causing the loud electrical humming sound.

Growing cactus and other succulent plants under lights using the Topogrow Analog timers. These timers appear to be more dependable and safer than using regular home light timers from hardware stores. We've had a few other kinds of plant light timers short out during use, but so far the Topogrow timers are showing themselves to be a safer choice.

You can smell odor coming out the vent. I gave this two starts because the blower seems a solid value but I seriously doubt there is any carbon in this carbon filter

I wouldbt recomend prefilter use mine deteriorated in 2 weeks time and left white film all over tent plants inside walls of tent clogged carbon filter and overloaded fan causing it to trip the overload also caused my temp to spike to 90degree heat stressing plants and almost ruing all 4 i have .......

easy fit. compact. as advertised. all components were shipped undamaged. only installed for several days, but so far everything is working as i thought it should
