This is a fantastic little starter setup for anyone looking to give a drone a try, or for kids who are interested in learning to fly a drone. At around $40 (after coupon), the price point is acceptable for the overall performance of the drone. It is easy to setup and get in the air, the controls are relatively intuitive (albeit a little touchy), and the drone does a good job of relaying video to any smartphone device. The only real drawback to the drone is the fact that the battery life is quite limited. On a full charge you will get around 25 minutes of real flight time.I do wish the batteries lasted longer, but this is a great little drone otherwise. 4/5 stars, overall!

The media could not be loaded. This drone comes with a carrying case that holds all the components and spare props. The batteries took about an 1.5 hrs to charge and lasted close to the advertised 16minutes if flown indoors and outside closer to 12 minutes but it was breezy. The app is simple to use and lets you set height and distance restrictions while your learning to fly which is useful especially for your first outdoor flights. The brushless motors are very quiet and on the third speed mode are pretty quick. The altitude hold works nicely but doesn't help the drone from drifting in the wind. The camera takes 1080p video and pictures but since it transmits by wi-fi to your phone, the video is pretty laggy especially when more than 100ft from self. The pictures look ok but this drone at its price point is more for enjoying and learning the flying experience than for taking pictures or video. The reason the drone only gets 3 stars is that besides the nicer brushless motors, more accurate altitude hold and the click angle adjustment, it's camera and vtx keep it toy grade and not really worth the extra investment.
