I use an egg cooker. Steams the eggs to perfection- your desire- soft to hard. To place these eggs on these dynamically designed pieces is just a very nice touch of practical luxury.The esthetics of the lovely egg standing up on this cool beans platform makes for a memorable breakfast.The flatness of these pieces helps to catch egg shell pieces.I can’t live without these pieces.I am so glad I waited for these.
