I purchased the lnex air shunt model kl500 off of Amazon and received it last night.The QR code on the device and in the user manual does not work. I'm unable to download the APK. The website shown on the device does not work.This has been an absolute waste of time connecting it to my RV and then not being able to use it. I am very dissatisfied.I will be returning this device to Amazon today unless I hear back from their support email [email protected] ASAP.

Works perfectly. Bluetooth connects every time. Only downside is 500 AH on app for battery capacity. So if you have bigger than 500 amp hours of capacity it will not show. It still works and will self calculate capacity of batteries in watts

Edit:I finally got the app with the help of the seller. Unfortunately, the given link was for baidu (Chinese website) and I could not download it directly (requires a Chinese phone number to set up an account in order to download)... I finally found a third-party website (paid) that was able to download it for me, then sent it to me via a google drive. I'm sure the app will be available on the Google Play Store in the future, so this extra effort won't be required. So far, the app is working great. One thing I like about the app is that it remembers the previously used/connected device, so you don't need to reconnect it each time (like some other bluetooth devices... ie: my power inverter and my charge controller). I should have given customer support a little more time to resolve my issue, and they have. I left my original review so you can see my frustration.Original:It looks like a nice product, but you cannot get the app, thus this product is worthless. I've tried downloading by using the qr code, and their website doesn't exist. I contacted the seller, which is supposed to be the official store, and they just give me a link to the same dead website. WORTHLESS!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I have unfortunately bought 2, and have only now just tried using them... past the return period. Customer service has gone silent.

I would give this zero stars if I could because it's completely useless. It doesn't have a display of its own and it won't connect to Bluetooth or load the app so I have nothing to give me any visual indication of what's going on with my batteries. What a piece of CRAP!!!😡

Don't know how you can track a solar systems power usage without one of these. Voltage doesn't work for me, to much of a guessing game. The shunt shows what you use in amp hours through the night and as it recharges during the day you can watch it replace the amp hours.If that was the only function I would buy these. The shunt has alot of other functions but I don't really use them. I am very pleased with how well it works.

Easy to hookup/install. Configuration is a bit confusing, but reading forums & watching videos helped me get it setup. Easy to use (I’m on iPhone 13) and the Bluetooth range is decent. Would like more readout options. The graph page defaults to volts & temperature, would like it to remember what I choose. The temperature in the graph is only in °C but is shown as °C/°F on the main page, would like to be able to set it to your choice for all pages. Useful and Fun to be able to check my RVs 12 volt systems operation anytime I want and should help me get the most from all the pricey Li batteries, chargers, solar system, and inverter.

The media could not be loaded. Update (Third and final review):I spent a day with the app and tried my best to get the data to make sense but was only 60% happy with my results. Since most of the relevant data was there i decided it would be good enough. Then when i connected to the shunt on the following day i noticed that none of my history was there. Since they is absolutely NO SUPPORT for this product my only choice is to return it and get something else. It is very disappointing that LNEX will not support their products.Update (second review):I finally got the device to connect to my iPhone. Under IOS you need the app to be installed and running. The app actually connects the device rather than the IOS. Crazy, but true. From the IOS app store search for KL500A. This is the app. Have bluetooth turned on and open the app, it will search for; and connect to the shunt.As for the app itself, best of luck. I am trying to figure it out and support seems to be non-existent.First review:Why won’t it connect to my iPhones bluetooth?… Any help would be appreciated. The seller or LNEX are a no show. Amazon should never carry a product that has no support or website. My next step is getting the app which is another issue.

The product itself appears very nice. It is well built and should handle a large number of amps. My concern is with the app.There is no app available on the Google Play store, it must be downloaded from their website. This is a little too sketchy for me. It may not be an issue if you have an iPhone as there is supposedly an app on the Apple store. However, if you have an Android phone, please be aware you have to download the app from an unknown source.Hopefully they add the app to the Play Store soon, as it looks to be a very nice product at a competitive price.
