Great... Would buy again

The person who cut my hair used this wax as a finishing touch and I liked it so much I bought it. My hair pokes up where I part it and this wax is great at keeping it down without drying out my hair the way pomade does. It leaves a subtle shine and smells great (fresh and a little sweet, like Garnier Fructis shampoo). My only issue is that the jar is very wide and hard to hold. The wax was soft from the warmth of the heating so when I dropped the jar some product spilled out. There’s still plenty left, but I hope they can distribute this wonderful wax in a smaller jar. Bottom line: worth the buy!

Just used this product for the first time. Out of the 15 or so I've tried this is the best one.Holds well. Easy to style.I've put on dry hair and my wife is happy with the look (most important). I believe damp hair will look better, looking forward to testing it further.LOW ODOR !!!! Don't you hate putting on Pomade and that's all people smell for days. The fragrance is not strong and smells like shampoo. Dissipates fairly quickly, within 30 minutes.Cons. See photo. Not sure if that's normal or I had missing product.Reason I gave 4 out 5 is because there is an odor.

Amazing product, easy to use. Not greasy. Wonderful scent. Holds great with not a lot of product used, will last a very long time. Very well worth the purchase!

I thought I had received the wrong item; however, Benjamin from Immortal NYC spoke with me directly, listened, explained, and then kindly--and professionally--resolved any and all issues/misunderstandings. He even went so far as to honor an issue I had with an earlier order (not his fault) and school me on the all Immortal NYC's products, as well as graciously sending me a new product to try out. Class act all around; I will buy again. And again. Add to all the above, they contacted me within about 12 hours df my initial complaint.

My boyfriend bought this from his barber and he absolutely loves it! He was running low on it so I bought it for him as a stocking stuffer and he uses it everyday.Not only is this a great product but the customer service is amazing.
