Best product for oblique abs workout. Which is easy to carry to anywhere, since its very light weight. One of the best home workout product I got. It has good grip , so can place anywhere and do the workout. Anti-skin pad helps our feet not to slip.It can carry upto 150kg . Thankyou spike for this wonderful product.

this product is not serving its purpose...I lost my money...it can't be returned also...useless... overweight person can not use this otherwise it will break... don't buy if you are overweight...also it is very small in size
