Help! How does it work?
Item arrived quick enough but without any instructions on how to put it on and it has genuinely baffled us. Me and the other half both spent about twenty minutes trying to de-tangle it to no avail. I’m not sure if we even got the design we ordered.

I received a completely different body harness that did not match the image. The item I received came in two pieces, one collar and one upper body piece.
