I bought this over a week ago, due to work I only turned it on yesterday and there was no set up ritual ? This turned straight.on with a user account already set up, this is alarming as I've recently had fraud money my bank accounts and this could be set up with viruses, malware etc etc. I will contact the seller about this, but not at all happy with it being set up when I turn money. I went to reset it all and wanted to go back to WINDOWS 7 ........wth????

Overall good value, but no £ on the keyboard
Very happy with the laptop, performance & included MS Office, however the keyboard doesn't have a UK pound £ sign. The vendor helpfully said ensure numock is on and then press ALT 0163 which is a workaround I can live with, but if this is important to you, then you may need to look for another solution.

Amazing
At the moment, I'm really impressed with this amazing laptop. It may not be a well-known brand, but it makes up for it with its great components. It's fast and has a large screen for watching movies. The price is also cool for what you're getting. It's a bit heavy, but you can't have everything.UPDATE: Despite the laptop being switched off, the battery still discharges and is below 100%. Hence my deduction of 1 star

User account already set up.
When i turned on the laptop it didnt do the set up as windows normaly does, it just came straght on and was running on a guest account, i tried to set up my own account but it would let me, so i tried to reinstal windows but it wouldnt let me make a windows re-instal USB (could not make the disk as this laptop does not come with a optical drive), so in the end ive had to give up and return the laptop.I would imagen that this laptop has already been deliverd to somone as there was no setup and then returned, i have orderd another to be delivered next day and this one collected, will update when it arrives.

Not fit for purpose
Initially impressed with this laptop. A very good specification. However, after a few days it stopped recharging. I was unable to ascertain whether this was a fault with the charger or the laptop. I e-mailed the company, using the e-mail address on the contact label on the laptop, asking for advice. I still have not received a reply! So, sadly, the laptop was returned for a refund and I am now looking for another brand of laptop.
