Pepper Palace Ghostly Garlic Fusion Hot Sauce

Exactly what I needed.

Well balanced garlic and heat.This sauce- the heat, the smokey garlic. Pepper Palace stuff has nice flavor. Small 5oz bottle leaves you wanting a lot more :)

This more my fault I suppose but I bought 2 of these one after the other because the first one we'd barely tapped it in the counter and the bottom of the bottle broke off wasting the whole product. Hadn't even opened it! So I purchased bottle #2 and same thing happened (different person and counter). Just treat these bottle as excessively delicate, I guess. Sauce is great but the bottles seem to be thin/poor construction. This doesn't usually happen to us, but because it happened to 2 bottles back to back, I thought maybe it's not just us...

If you are someone who loves heat, this is for you. This sauce is VERY spicy, about as hot serrano peppers, if not more, in my opinion. Has small chunks of garlic and has hints of vinegar but not too strong. I put it in my eggs, hash browns, pizza and popcorn. For me, worth every penny!
