Sticks on and really good. They help which is good.Great thing is these are snap on not push the post together and apply them to the area of pain. After a treatment feel allot better.

I love the different sizes it can be used on different areas of your body and as long as you keep your skin clean before you use and keep them in their packs with the backing on them then you will be able to reuse them many times

They are good for price, however they don't stick for long..

My wife was having back pain so our daughter ordered this compact tens unit and had it delivered to her. I couldn't believe the price was so low for this great little pain reliever. I too am having issues with pain in both wrists due to either tendinitis or corpal tunnel syndrome. So that we didn't have to fight over who gets to use it and when :), I ordered one for myself. It was delivered in 3 days and works beautifully. I can't believe the power it has and the battery life. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone experiencing chronic muscle or nerve pain.

I like the variety pack of sizes. Aches and pains are everywhere so its good to have the appropriate sizes.They are nice and sticky, however a tad on the flimsy side and some of the sticky goo has started to peel off of the pad.But again, you get what you pay for. They work fine, zap my aches and I haven't gotten electrocuted. What more could you ask for
