Strathwood Griffen All-Weather Wicker Side Table, Dark Brown

I ordered one side table and was very happy with it. Then, I ordered two more.When I received the second two tables, the wicker was not woven tightly. I could see the box on which the wicker was laid which was bright yellow. Kind of took the wind out of my sales. I had waited a long time for these as they were on backorder. I read that I could not send them back. Very disappointing.

I think mine must be fabricated a bit out of square as they don't sit level on the floor. We cured that wobble with some adhesive rubber feet. Also, the top is a little flimsy. The wicker goes over a very thin plastic underlayment which makes up the top. I'm not sure I feel comfortable sitting my drink there and being sure it will stay. The wife says she has a tray to sit on the table, but isn't that a tables purpose?

This served as a side table in between the 2 lounging chairs. It looks pretty flimsy but creates a nice clean wicker look. If you are gentle on your furniture this will probably last. Otherwise reconsider purchasing. Although for the price you could probably afford to replace several times.

It looks as pictured and I will keep it, but the quality was not fabulous. You can see yellow-colored plastic under the brown weaving and the weaving is a bit crooked.

I mentioned Ikea's set because they sell a square brown wicker resin patio set, which we bought, but they had no end tables. Hubs and I have been hunting for a year for matching tables, so when these came up on Amazon I was thrilled! However, they are overpriced. I got lucky and got mine for about $27.00 marked as used and in "good" condition from Amazon Marketplace (it was actually brand new and in perfect condition). It's just right at that price-but seventy something? no way. Its sturdy enough, and has a solid surface under the wicker top so you can set drinks on it without them tipping, Also-its a brown variegated color, not solid brown. Just be aware of that-its not an issue for me, but it may be for you if you want an exact match to a solid brown set.

We bought this "All-Weather" table for our covered deck because we assumed it was suitable for outdoor use. And for about 2 years it worked quite well. But then one day the synthetic "wicker" on the top just threw in the towel and started to break apart into dozens and dozens of pieces. I'd attach a photo here if I knew how. But I don't.Bottom line: the table works fine until the plastic breaks down and starts to crack into pieces. In other words, if you buy it, keep in mind its days are numbered.

We're in Florida, so that means our furniture sits outside year round pretty much uncovered in full sun and in use. We were looking for a quality and yet reasonably priced side tables for our outdoor living room set. This units matched our requirements perfectly both in color and design. But that isn’t worth much if how they are put together is questionable. What you can’t see in the picture and nor is it covered in the description is that these tables are framed in powder coated ½-5/8” steel box tubing. The frame is welded at all joints, no rickety joining/union brackets with weak screws. The top side has a cross member support tube across each center which has a rigid polymer based panel sandwiched between the support and top deck weave. The side just have one box tubing support running vertical down the center. This makes the unit very stable and able to support any cups, drinks, plates or lamp place on top. The corners on the bottom have additional spacing l-shaped metal box tubing footers to keep the unit raised off the floor allowing rain water and air to easily path through to limit any growths. The footers also have four equally spaced plastic half/dome skids to prevent any marring of wood decking. We’re very pleased with these tables and are hopeful they will hold up for awhile.I ordered one to test and make sure it is up to the task, and as I am writing this, our second one has arrived and is outside joining its predecessor.

We bought the whole set table, 4 chairs, lounge and ottoman highly recommend the others in amazing shape but the ottoman starting falling apart a few years ago and now I need to replace.

Der Kunststoff fängt nun an sich aufzulösen. Im besonderen die Oberflächen Schutzschicht oder Lack der due Optik von Ratan vermittelt platzt nun ab. Es ist ein relativ hochpreisiges Möbel wo man leider am UV Stabilisator gespart hat. Ich besitze noch mehr Möbel von dieser Serie bei denen ich noch nichts negatives bemerkt habe. Mein 3 Sitzer und der Sessel sind ok.
